I’ve been purchasing food from this restaurant for about a year, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing.

Most recently, I ordered black rice and it smelled burnt and tasted burnt, as if the bottom of the cooked rice was burnt and still served. It was not enjoyable and ended up being inedible.

When I contacted the restaurant, instead of taking responsibility, they suggested it might be my fault and behaved as if I had cooked the rice myself, which was both confusing and unprofessional.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had. Previously, I received fish that was undercooked. When I requested it to be remade, the response I received made it seem like I was the problem, rather than addressing the food quality concern.

I also attempted to speak with a manager regarding the recent issue. I was told they would be available the next day at 1 PM. When I called back at that time, I was again told the manager was unavailable until another day. This lack of follow-through was very frustrating.

I have attached my receipt and am requesting a refund for this order.

As a paying customer, I expect quality food, professionalism, and for issues to be handled appropriately when they arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience recently.

I hope management takes steps to improve both food quality and customer service moving forward

Place is slow as molasses no one cares about customers. Food was mid. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all. My order took 20 minutes longer even after my pickup time. 0/10 if possible

This is the second time I ate here and I was trying to give it a second chance. I was very disappointed. My fish was fried very hard that I couldn't even eat it and I paid over $50. I got a turkey patty and the turkey was also fried hard. I won't be giving it a 3rd try. I only gave 2 stars for the food because my daughter said her fried park wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either.

I very rarely go out to eat but I couldn’t help myself when I seen them Instagram ads down my timeline yesterday . The food was extremely good but I rarely eat out.

Food : Haitian can do Better, much better. The macaroni didn't taste good, it wasn't Haitian Pikliz

Service : Not everyone had to answer the phone, you don't just said you don't know when customers asked questions about service and products

Customer service was amazing and ambiance was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing However I was disappointed by the food, it looked deliciously beautiful but it was bland in taste.

I wish I would have read the reviews before dining here. The atmosphere and vibe was nice. I ordered the Spicey Cajun Shrimp and it was disgusting. The shrimp definitely was not prepared that day, it taste as if it was a couple of days old and did not smell fresh. The server was very kind and accommodating. I will not dine at this establishment again,

Did an online order via Uber Eats yesterday and was truly disappointed. Not sure what has happened but the food is not like how it use to be. My grio was too hard and so was the fried turkey which was my daughter’s meal. This place was my go to whenever I wanted grio but now have to find another restaurant.

Good food. Inside is very basic, dingy, hard/cheap chairs, with no actual smell of food. They charge so much for small portions and are clearly not investing the money back into the business.

The food is always good. The choice to get for the beverages is amazing 🤩. As far as dining in, It’s never crowded. The take out is fast, specially if you place your order first.

I got the salmon dinner and when I say OILY ! they must be used the entire bottle for this one plate ! It’s so oily I can’t believe it. Then for it to be oily it’s plain no seasoning I’m not even going to eat it ! Everything is oily 0/10 do not recommend. For $25 I expected this food to be top tier .
