0/5 the shrimp lo mein noodles were hard and they messed up my sister order. Instead of making her a new order they dug the wrong items out her soup and put the right items in it. This place is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. The customer service here is trash. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes and are so rude. Used to love this place but tonight they disappointed me. I ordered a rare pho steak bowl as usual and the waiter accidentally put me in for a pho special. When I got the wrong food, I expressed that and thought they would make me a new bowl. Instead he took my bowl to the back and just picked the meat out that I didn’t want.
