I don’t normally go to this location, due to the fact they always seem to mess my order up. Just now I bit into what was supposed to be a Cesar wrap and instead is something completely different and not what I ordered. Don’t understand why it seems to be a reoccurring issue, but tonight was the last time I come to this place. Waste of time and money

I recently came to this pollo September 9, 2025 at approximately 12:18pm. My order was horrible. I ordered a quesadilla, something so simple. It was the most digusting thing I’ve ever had! The cheese was not cooked at all! Very hard, like it was fresh out the freezer and they microwaved it for 30 seconds. My server was Ana! Employee number 470593. I wouldn’t recommend this pollo at all. They don’t care about the quality they are giving their customers. They don’t deserve any stars. However, I couldn’t leave a review without putting one. -100000/000. I need someone held accountable and I need my refund.

I went through the drive-thru and made a simple change to my order at the window. Not only did the girl fail to give me what I asked for, but she also mocked me to my face because of my accent. I mispronounced a word, and instead of showing basic respect, she started laughing and repeating it in a mocking tone and her coworker laughed along with her. It was completely humiliating, unprofessional and rude. I was late for work, so I didn’t have time to respond the way I wanted to.
I’ve never experienced anything like this at a restaurant before. If this is how Pollo Tropical allows its staff to treat paying customers especially those with accents then I will not be returning. Completely unacceptable. That happened Friday 07/18/25 around 2:10 pm
