I stopped here on yesterday and asked for a Venti. At the window where I pay she handed me a tall. I said, I asked for a venti politely and they said they can make it for me. I said, I didn't want to hold up the line. another lady yells, you are the line! The guy that took the order incorrectly apologized. It was smiles all around and they gave me the correct size; great job Team! You made my morning.
