I just went to pick up a door dash there and they didn’t have it started when I arrived they didn’t start it after I told them I was there for it I sat there for 10 minutes and nothing they have too many workers to be so inconsiderate

Franchesca, This morning, I witnessed Starbucks operating at its peak — customers lined up both in the drive-thru and inside the store. Despite the rush, the store manager demonstrated exactly what great leadership looks like. She motivated her team with positivity and calm, never raising her voice or showing aggression. Instead, she kept the workflow efficient, moved the lines smoothly, and inspired her employees throughout the process. It was an excellent example of strong, effective management in action.

Very disgusted how people are waiting outside for our product that is coming came out today and they told me that it was effective when I had recorded them they gave a gentleman the other cup what a disrespectful place

The drinks are made the standard way here. They follow whatever the Starbucks corporate formula is. Make sure you order ahead on the app, as this location is very popular. My favorite customer associate / barista is Logan. Give him a raise! Promote him to a manager position!

I don’t understand if I ask for the same coffee over an over, it taste different, coffee today was particularly bad, it taste as the milk was spoiled, I told the barista and she acts as if I and being annoying and she hand me a coffee without whipped cream and with this weird taste both times, now I need to go to a different Starbucks to get decent coffee!
Just stopped by to grab something refreshing . Logan, the young man at the counter,recommended a mango dragon lemonade and it was fantastic ! This is my first time at Starbucks and this fellow made it really easy. As I sit here enjoying my beverage, I wonder why I haven't been here before. My thanks to Logan and the Starbucks team ! 😀👍💥💥💥

But, Starbucks really needs to work on how staff should treat customers.... the Chick at the front with dark black hair still wearing a Covid mask looks like she might burn the place down… miserable person. I said good morning, thank you, have a great day! And nothing. Stared at me like I was a crazy person for being nice. I mean, these are all things they are supposed to say to me as a customer no?. Thoughts?
