“Not just any subway.I think every subway has a fresh appetizing signature smell. The difference is the magic that the workers put into every art of food served here. Every day I come in for sub artist Nia. Some days a sub, some days a salad.I love walking in to be greeted by her smile and genuine " hey peter, welcome", "are we doing a salad with the crispy bacon you love?". Nia keeps subways motto of fresh to the fullest. Fresh ingredients personally prepared, fresh Flores and clean counter space, fresh positive vibes in the store.While waiting in line I see considerate consistency for all patrons. Everyone gets a unique costumer service and respect for there time here with Nia. Sanitary conditions are always priority with her ( changing gloves, cleaning counter space). I've seen her deal with complicated orders so politely and professional. Always smiling and keeping everyone's requests in mind while in a busy store. Something keeps me coming back here. Management would be proud and should be honored to have Nia on the team. “I had not been to this Subway in a long time as the personnel seemed to be going downhill. Yesterday I went and was glad to see they had new management. The guy was friendly and I watched as he washed his hands before returning to make my sub (VERY important to me) Whenever I go into a restaurant I look for signs that the management is lacking. This Subway is now trustworthy IMO. My ONLY complaint is that bread has been miniaturized so freaking small that a 6 inch sub is only an appetizer now. I have to buy a foot long just to be full. The price is the same or a bit more though. I really wish they would make a decent sized sub and charge for it. because they are so small, I will probably only go there in a pinch. Publix down the road makes you a HUGE sub for the same price.“
“The food products are great, only they should the sprcials if you get an item at the store and want to pay cash, why should I as a. Customer pay full price if Subway is doing specials but only being honored via a phone app.I think they should think that idea. I or any customer should be able to get it at the discount price at the store if we buy it at your store and pay cash. , Thank for hearing me out corporate Mgmt.
