If you want Haitian food that’s all you’re getting nothing more nothing less. Not that I was expecting actual customer service but it would have been nice after a 12 hour shift to be acknowledged instead of feeling like I was being done a favor having to wait another 30 minutes after they mark my order ready. Nope instead I get no more than two words at a time plus a stank face to go. Y’all gotta do better, mwen Haitien but I’m not helping y’all stay in business. I don’t do reviews but I still had to give y’all another 5 min to write this..

It’s very disappointing when the food is actually good but the only way to get it is through the absolute worst customer service ever. The main guy/manager seems miserable and takes it out on the customers. The wait time is insanely long and nothing is professional about this restaurant.

This place is the example why you should only eat at certain restaurants. I called my order in and he sounded upset like he didn’t wanna take the other . When I arrived 20 mins later the order wasn’t even put in and he lied and said it was. He comes out with the wrong food and tells me this i what i ordered .on top of that he over charges me and claims the items where the same price to save face. Not only does he lie he look like he was high as a light pole. Don’t not go here unless you wanna be mad when you eat .. the brown rice wa dry but the chicken was cool

I order a food over the phone I got There to pick up then the young lady behind the counter proceeds to tell They don’t have anymore since somebody came to the store before me They’re the one who’s going get what I order even though I placed the order over the phone. I will get my Haitian food at delish Caribbean restaurant since they taste better anyways.
