Just got delivery missing drinks order short on wings.. I called store 3x placed on home 3x for over 5min each time. Seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this location. My vote is SKIP THIS LOCATION!! Find you another wingstop that actually takes pride in their jobs

This people are the worst, I placed an order and my fries were sweet, and the kids couldn't eat them, so I had to throw them away, I asked for two medium fries, but they did not have medium and didn't tell me, I got charged for two large, I haven't been having any problems with restaurants like that before as this wings stop location, food was nasty and customer service is poor, on top of that I didn't get a receipt when I pick up the ordered, I called and asked why, and stated that I didn't ask for one, why would I ask for a receipt when I place an order on the phone with someone and I picked up the order and I had to ask for a receipt, my receipt should have been on the bag, I work at restaurants before and I never hear, you gotta ask for a receipt when you placed an order with an order taker, and they took my number and didn't get any notification of when the food would be ready; it was awful service, and I will never visit Wings Stop after this experience; I wish I could give them a zero-star review.

Walked in at 9:30p when the door says closed at midnight. They literally said “we’re closed, bye”. No explanation, as if I work there and am supposed to know why they’re “closed” with the door unlocked. Meanwhile they were all in the back playing music and looked at me like I was crazy.

I placed an order with door dash and my order came incorrectly and I had to drive to the actual location I came to place at 11:30 and they closed at 12 I order two 10 piece chicken wings with fries and two cokes and they only gave me one order of my wings and two fries completely wrong and when I came in they did not give me the rest of my order and said that they could not make make my order because it was to late mind you they had 30 min left of them being closed and they messed up on my order and this is not the first time this has happen. THSI location is horrible and customer service is horrible

I had ordered from Ubereats and the food was cold when I got it, but yet I live BEHIND the Wingstop so it shouldn’t have been cold! When I called to ask about sauce on the side they said oh there’s an extra charge for that. I said I’ve never heard of that before the lady gave me an attitude and didn’t say anything and finally said is there anything else? I asked “Yes, can you do it on the side?” She said hold on and asked a manager and they did it but to go through all that just for sauce on the side was a bit ridiculous and a joke to be honest! Also very unprofessional the way the lady over the phone treated me.

I honestly don't know how they stay in business, you have to be drunk or nothing else is open to consider Wing Stop.
My order wasnt right. Keke the manager went beyond to fix it with no hesitation. He and the night staff was awesome. Definitely will be back.

Tonight on 11/15/24 at 9:45pm I experienced the worst customer service tonight. Nobody acknowledged me and a few others for our pick up orders. They were rude to customers, playing music in the back and joking around. I had to grab my pre paid pick up order off the stand. This isn’t the first time the employees have been like this. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened.
