Haven’t had wing stop in awhile went inside last week on my break when I tell you it’s was sooo good. The food was hot and so delicious. Customer service was top tier. Me and my partner decided to eat in and the environment was so calm. The restaurant was clean. I’ll be back.

The customer service is terrible. I placed this order through the app and waited in the store 30 minutes, but never received it. I arrive at said time I was told three times that my order was coming out but it was never made. I saw countless Ubereats and DoorDash orders being prepared but they never made my order. When asked for a refund, I received a slip that reflected my order subtotal only and when I asked the manager “Tay” about the tax I paid, he gave me an attitude and told me the total was on the receipt. I asked why they kept telling me it was being prepared if it wasn’t and I never received an answer. Again, the refund receipt on shows the subtotal being refunded, which is less than what I paid. This is not the first time this happened to me, but it will be the last because I won’t be returning again. I waited and half hour and walked out smelling like fried chicken but didn’t receive any. It’s obvious they prioritize Uber and DoorDash customers over those that use their app directly.

Great wings and customer service. They are accurate on the orders and wings are delicious. Clean restaurant, but can be smokey at times from the wings in the fryers. This is a very busy location.
