“My experience with this restaurant started out amazing; however, today was not a very good experience. My wife placed an online ordered for two chili bakers and two fried okras. She prepaid for the entire order online so all I would have to do is pick up. Upon arrival, I was informed that the chili baker option is currently unavailable. I attempted to cancel the order at this point; however, I was quickly informed by the cashier that they had no idea how to cancel or refund an online order. Left with no other option, I chose to replace the order with two regular loaded bakers. The two loaded bakers we received in place of the chili bakers were nothing special, nothing extra was added to the potatoes. It was cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon bits only nothing to make up the cost difference to make up something I could hextra to make up the cost difference. A regular baker is much cheaper than the chili bakers we paid for and did not receive. So, we didn't get a refund or even anything extra at least to make-up for the food cost difference. The reason I am giving the review five stars is that I believe this to be one of those rare accidents that occur. I am more than willing to give your business a second chance; however, might I give you some advice. The menu is vague when it comes to details on prices of every item, and exact dates of seasonal options, may want to adjust your menu a bit. And your employees might want to consider learning how to handle online orders in case of any possible future incidents. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to customers, keep up the awesome work!“
