Food is always under cooked, the store manager is cracked out, and the store is always under staffed.
Waited almost 10 min at drive thru speaker to give order. Ordered kids popcorn shrimp with double okra and Dr Pepper, fish & chicken dinner with okra, fries and breadstick. Lady tried to give me sweet tea for kids meal. Then I had to pull up and wait on food. When I got home, my son’s meal had no okra at all, and fries. I had hush puppies, no breadstick and my chicken was a couple little nugget looking pieces. Told them no cocktail, wanted honey mustard and tartar. Received...read full review
We just left Captain D's because while we were standing in line unnoticed the cashier was having a screaming match with a lady in the back about the orders and it got to the point of one calling the other a S.O.B and nobody slowing them down I assumed one of them must be the manager. Very disappointing since there are so few places to eat in Marianna.
