I ordered a 3pc meal at the drive thru and was told to pull over. There was only one car in front of me. No one else was waiting. I sat in the parking lot 20 minutes and no one had made my simple order. I went back to the window and a new cashier was there. She was not told that I was waiting for my food. I guess that other person was rushing to get off and forgot about me.
There was no ice. You had to ask for ice.
There was no butter packs. They gave me some odd looking buttery spread. I've never seen anything like it before.
The coleslaw had an odd flavor reminiscent of onions. The cole slaw did not have that
sweetness typical of KFC at other KFC locations. Also, there was an inordinate amount of liquid in the coleslaw; more than I had ever experienced at any KFC location
