The location is great with easy entry and exit, but everything else was a mess. We placed a pickup order for a 9-piece meal, but they forgot all our sauces and left out a piece of chicken. We went back inside to get it fixed, and they still failed to give us the classic breast piece we paid for. The staff is completely inattentive and unfriendly, and the restrooms were not clean. It's a handy stop on the road, but the bad service means we definitely won't return.

I walked in the restaurant and no one even noticed me. I ordered off the kiosk, and waited 15 minutes for my food (Mind you there was no one in line or waiting on their food from Popeyes.) Paid $16.11 for this dry and cold meal that looks and tasted like it’s been sitting all day.
