The food is always excellent and I have never been disappointed with the service! Definitely recommend.

I ordered garlic shrimp. My shrimp didn't have any garlic on them. I ask for garlic butter. (They don't have garlic!!!??? 😞) The shrimp were breaded and garlic shrimp doesn't come breaded. It is stirred fried with vegetables. I did not order the Bento Box. I even ask my waiter did they make a mistake, on my garlic shrimp. NO! NO! Was his . response. I don't eat raw sushi, or sweet sauce. I got my meal 10 minutes after my daughter. She was supposed to get white rice. She got dirty rice. Very disappointed with food. She enjoyed her General Chicken, not the rice.

Staff were friendly and willing to spend time with customers.
Thermodynamics was presented in a timely manner and displayed in an attractive appetizing manner.

I would've given ume a 5 star back in the day. However the fried rice is bland now. Used to be delicious. Otherwise everything else was good. I dont like the fact they bring one persons dish at a time. While some people may love it. I dont like starting my food while they're bringing plates out one at a time. Especially when grandmas came last 🤨

I no longer work in the area but I drive 45 minutes from home just to get the Lobster roll....it's THAT yummy! Service is always top-notch. If someone asked me about a food that makes me happy, it would be UME's Lobster Roll.

Great (take out) dinner from here ! Chicken in the General Tso’s dinner was excellent - update to spicy . Service was excellent - help with the menus, friendly, had me verify spice level before leaving.

Very clean, fast service, very friendly individuals working. My first time will come back again and again. The atmosphere is good, but needs more lighting for lunch.

Food has consistently very good. Shrimp is fresh. Bento box a nice combination. Loved the Benton sushi. Pineapple sauce makes it fabulous.

We have ate in at UME before and really enjoyed it. Tonight we got it to go and was very disappointed.
The food was warm (almost cold) and the extra serving of broccoli was cold. Only one order of fried rice was to be plain no veggies. But all three was plain.
