A fairly new brewery in Hernando County and out in the sticks. They only had about 4 of their own beers but did have a large variety of beers from other breweries.The inside portion of the brewery was tiny but the outside area under tents was huge.
Both beers we ordered which were different from each other were very off tasting.We could barely drink the one round we got and left. Think the lines need to be cleaned or replaced. Maybe kegs past their prime. Menu was missing many things that they used to have like brats and the charcuterie platter. Nice surprise find driving down 41. Nice selection of draft beers, cocktails, wines and ciders. Hubby had a few of the IPAs and I got a pineapple upside down cake shot. The shot was yummy. Also got the banana pudding, homemade. It was really good. They have outdoor and indoor seating, a field for football or soccer and corn hole. Definitely coming back. They do craft events and markets too.
