Not only did he come to my home and was extremely professional, but made it a wonderful event!! I have had steaks from here to California up to Canada and back down here to Florida… nobody makes a stake like this man!! he does a reverse sear and everything has done to perfection along with the sides. Delicious! Brisket and pulled pork were on point. Melt in your mouth kind of good. The kind that doesn't need bbq sauce. Tangy sweet coleslaw that was amazing and I am picky about my coleslaw. Highly recommend!

The only thing that I hate about this is that I waited too long to try this amazing pork. As soon as you pull up to his location you smell a heavenly aroma. I had to stop and take a deep breath. You are greeted with a warm smile! I only live 15 min away but I couldn’t wait until I got home to taste this mouth watering pork! Even my picky eater of a kid asked for fourths! Thank you, John, you have a gift! Good luck to you in the future!
