This place used to be amazing; the food was flavorful & the service was fast (even during busy lunch time). For the last 3 or 4 months, the quality of the food has decreased exponentially. I have ordered different items, and they all were bad:- Panini sandwich: the bread was soggy. The chicken breast was flavorless, and dry. It was like eating cardboard.- Tex-Mex bowl: beans were flavorless (I wonder if they were from a can because they looked and tasted as if they were), and the chicken was exactly like I just described above.- Chipotle chicken wrap: this used to be one of my favorites items; I do not know what happened but it does not taste like it used to either.- Spinach and cranberry salad: carboard chicken, spinach that should've been thrown away... and excessive amounts of vinaigrette.On another note, when I have placed online orders, and I have specified at what time I want my food, why is it that I have to wait 30, 40, 45 min for them to start prepping my food when I get to the restaurant? It does not make sense.Multiple people I know have said the same thing, and they have either stopped going or ordering. It's disappointing.

I have not been to the place personally, I have only ordered through Uber Eats, so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere but, honestly, by their food alone, I am sure it's great. I discovered them a few months ago when I was craving for a classic turkey club sandwich. I ordered that, fries and their lemoncello mascarpone cake. I have been obsessed over since! The sandwich, amazing, the cake??? The best I have tasted yet! Today, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and *chef's kiss*, it's so good! And, of course, I ordered the cake again. It's definitely my go to for lunch when I am able to order. Prices are not that bad given the quality of the food. I'm looking forward to trying out their other foods and will make a point to visit in person one day.

The food is awesome! I always order for delivery since Medleys traffic is bad. They always arrive on time, food is amazing and customer service on point! I LOVE their sancocho, constantly checking the menu to see if they have it!! Keep it up guys!
We stopped by for lunch, we ordered the Greek chicken bowl and the birria tacos. The birria tacos to me need more flavor, the meat is soft the tortilla crunchy but the beef needs more flavor. The Greek chicken bowl was very tasteful. Most of the tables were dirty and it seemed like the workers felt chaotic and stressed.

I am very glad they are pairing the service to amazing food. I can comfortably say they offer on their daily special food comparable to a high-quality restaurant and the regular menu has great variety for all tastes and diets. I am an old client and was concerned and frustrated with the service quality last year, as much as I understood everyone was struggling with the post-pandemic and heavy construction in the area that caused serious delays, but they are finally back on track, always on time and courteous on the phone.Well done! I really enjoy coming here. I mainly sit at the bar since I ride solo. Great specials, friendly staff too. They work efficiently. The two ladies that work as waitresses are fast. I just wish my Philly cheesesteak would come with fries like other items on their menu. I usually order a side of fries :/

We order from this place very often and the food is great as well as the service, Jose is the best. But I’m not sure if there was a change in management or something, but the last few orders have been missing things. My teriyaki salmon didn’t come with teriyaki sauce, my chipotle chicken burrito that was supposed to come with rice didn’t have rice. The attention to your food is not high.
