I expected the filet that I had 8/20 to be much better than a Texas Roadhouse one, particularly at the price. But it had just ssuch inedible sinew and I left a abt 15% on my plate...impossiible to chew! I waS very disappointed as I expected so much better due to Dijon's reputation. It did have a good flavor, however. Can't say I will get back!
I just hosted a party for my husband, Bob for his 50th year Anniversary with Northrop Grumman. On November 12th, 2022. David, was our personal contact, for making this the best party ever! The food, the servers, the wine, plus, atmosphere was all very elegant! Superior food of Filet Mignon, and Sea Bass. Our guest of 30 people.
