We had a mediocre burger and a rather tasteless fish dish. The vegetarian dish was ok but a very small portion. Overall, a lot of money. 20% tip is added directly. I wouldn't have given that much.Vegetarian options: OK but small

It had been a couple years since I ate at 28 North. Prior experiences were all great. My last experience not so good. The food was good; however I was shocked at the portion size. I ordered the Crab Cake entre which said it came with a salad. The crab cake was literally 3" in diameter and 1" thick with a little bit of greens on top and very small piece of shredded apple. It tasted good but the portion is not an entrée, it belongs on the appetizer menu. I am not a big eater too. Thank goodness my friend had an extra taco, otherwise I would have walked out hungry. I paid $52 for this meal a drink with tip. Yikes!

WOW! Finally a quality restaurant in Brevard! Absolutely delish meal! Amazing fres, local ingredients...and the prices don't break the bank.Apparently the menu changes each season too.Julia was an amazing server!This is by far our new favorite spot.We had the crab and shrimp over lobster risotto. And the Bistro Filet Ravioli. So good!!!!

Our Server, Taylor was exceptional! Super friendly and attentive. Give her a raise! She brought us complimentary champagne because it was my birthday, it was such a nice surprise! We had the shrimp and crab risotto. OMG...so delicious!! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

Update 2024:We still love 28 North. The cocktails are especially wonderful and keep us coming back. You can't go wrong sitting out on the patio!Original review 2021:The pub is easily my favorite place for a drink. My partner and I live just a short walk away, so 28 North has quickly become our go-to. The service is always above and beyond — we've never had a bad waiter or waitress, and many of them even take the care to remember us and our favorite orders.The decor is beautiful inside, and the outdoor patio is an equally wonderful environment. It overlooks The Avenue Viera's central park without feeling crowded or overdone.The patio is also dog-friendly — and the staff has been so kind when we've brought our heeler, even bringing her a big bowl of water without us having to ask!I'm a Wisconsin native, and the atmosphere of the pub is the closest thing I've found in Florida to the Midwestern joints I love so much.We've been there many many times — and we'll be back many many times. Highly recommend!

It's pub food. Our waitress spent more time and attention upselling us instead of getting our order right. The so-called, "commission-based compensation," is at its worst, theft, and at best, a deceptive business practice. We will give you another try if I can get my 20% Service Charge back for tonight's unpleasant gastropub experience.

We had such a fabulous experience Wednesday , we decided to bring more friends that are visiting us tonight as well (Friday).Our server, Natalie, was absolutely one of the very best - ever.Her vast knowledge of all the items on the menu, the cool and amazing drinks, and communications with the chefs was superb. She had a great wit and sense of humor that we loved. You have a goldmine in her. (That's why we asked for her again friday night)It was a super great night with plentiful and tasty drinks to whet our appetites. Bravo to the bar staff.Our drinks, appetizers, and entrees were just amazing and delicious. We had the Charcuterie board, Say cheese board, Asian nachos, deviled egg brick, which were all stunning. And the same goes for the Lamb Ragu, Aged 24 oz. Porterhouse steak, steak and shroom ravioli, Scottish Salmon, Bad a** burger, and lobster tail plates. They were all beautiful to look at, and wonderful to eat. That Mushroom risotto - wow!Thanks 28 North and Natalie for a super great couple of nights there. We will definitely be back.

Worst organized event I’ve ever been to! Long lines made it impossible to get the food unless you’re ready to wait 2 hrs in line. The short line served food that made several of us sick. I will never do this again. The owner just wanted to make a buck and didn’t think about the service.

Everything was great until I got to the chicken. It had sat in the window( you could tell by the skin over the gravy). It was a bit bland. Then I went to cut into the wing portion and it was bloody. I was told by the server Julianne that the chicken was sous vide and that was normal for sous vide meat. I sous vide frequently and when I finish meat, especially chicken I don’t have that problem. She then and went and asked the chef and came back with the bill, not the manager, and placed it on the table telling me that the meat hadn’t been prepared the way she said, but that it was cooked through. For 168.20 I expected a manager to stop by. Not the server with the bill, like I was being asked to pay and leave. SUPER DISAPPOINTED after such a great start…
