Love ❤️ 7 brew and the 1165 Palm Bay Rd is one of my favorite! Great crew so friendly especially Sara, she always brightens my day, definitely a great asset to your team. All drinks that we have tried there have been delish 😋, sugar free blondie is my favorite. But seriously the team you have there is AWESOME, Kudos to Kayden too!

So much sugar, it makes me physically ill. A regular plain coffee with sugar free flavor is all I can manage, and that's way overpriced.

I won’t be going back. I love the coffee, but you need to train your staff better. Today was probably the 15th time in 6 months, or 50% of the time I’ve gone, where more than 1 car is in line & the staff does NOT go over to take the other orders. They complete the transaction for customer A & ignore customer B, C, & D until they each slowly, one by one get their turn. Sometimes lane #1 is being worked properly, but lane #2 gets ignored. It’s like no one cares about operation. I’ve had as many as 5 cars arrive after me & receive orders before me when my order is 1 coffee. I get coffees on days that I want an extra positive start to my morning, but the poor customer service basically cancels that out.

I don’t personally drink coffee, but 7 Brew has definitely won over my young adult kids and several family members—they’ve all ditched Starbucks in favor of this place, which says a lot. I’ve visited a few times to grab gift cards, and the staff is always super friendly and energetic. The double drive-thru gets pretty congested at times and seems to move a little slower than expected, but it’s not for lack of effort—the employees are clearly hustling. The parking lot navigation can be a bit tricky, especially with the right-turn-only exit, though you can loop back out behind the nearby gas station. Overall, 7 Brew has earned its growing popularity, and my coffee-drinking crew swears by it.
