This my ABSOLUTE favorite 7 brew location! I will drive past two other locations just to come to this one! The manger millie is an absolute sweetheart and such a down to earth person! Millie, Chloe and Jackson and the rest of the team are always waving and smiling when I pull in and always have me laughing so hard when I leave. Keep being the amazing team you guys are and thank you for ALWAYS making me smile and for always making my drinks spot on! Only 1 car in front of me. No other cars in the lanes. Kid is sitting on the table by the door talking to the 1 car for 3 minutes. I figured they were waiting for a drink. Nope! The other employee comes out all happy talking to the car as well. The driver pulls out her drink she apparently had the whole time to let the female employee taste her drink! The driver keeps looking at me through the side view. These 2 employees had no care for other customers. Guy never got off the table to even try to help. Worst service I have ever had or seen. Such disrespect. 1 waited 4 minutes! 4 minutes of them just talking to each other like I am not even there! Wow! I left without ordering and will never go here again. It was unbelievable.

Used to love this location, but in the last 2-3 months they’ve gotten so slow and not the best customer service… there’s alwaysssssss an employee going through the drive thru and they talk to each other for legitimately 10+ mins before taking anyone else’s order that’s in line. Then the computer asks me “Do you wanna leave a tip?” No thanks!

What is going on at this location. I purchase coffee here daily and the last two times I’ve gone, my drink was horrible. The other day I had it remade, my first time ever asking for a drink to be remade and employee was so annoyed about it. Unfortunately, the replacement was just as equally horrible. Decided to try again today thinking the other day was a fluke and again my drink is disgusting. I definitely was not going back to ask for it to be remade as it was the same employee taking the orders.

Jacob is the best! Had me and my nana cracking up in the drive through yesterday while waiting for our coffee. 10/10 customer service from this guy and he reminded me of rewards I forgot I had. Good looking out. Give this guy a raise! Coffee is also yummy but the nice workers really make this place.
