I do not understand the hype. The drive through for the Dyer Indiana location is atrocious. 30 minutes to get a coffee. Second, I ordered the banana pudding concoction- tasted like nothing. Couldn’t taste banana, cupcake, caramel… nothing. Waste of time/money. Won’t return.

My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.

when you order a drink there and you say I only want half ice of whatever size you get nine times out of 10 you get a drink that's completely full of ice if it's a large you have a small drink size then you want to charge for four more ounces of flood and it's still 3/4 away full of ice every day every time all day long all month long and at that point you're way over paying for what you're getting Don't recommend it

WAY BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. You get quality good tasting coffee and good sizes for the money you spend here. U like the chemical tasting crap you get at Starbucks. This is by far the best coffee place in the area.
