Went to dinner with friends last night. Just wasn’t a good experience again. We’ve tried to like this place but this was the last straw. My wife starts with a glass a Cabernet that was served in a completely disgusting glass. We tried to over look that as she brought another one. Both glasses were very weak pours. Upon getting our salads my wife’s first bite she has a very large piece of hair. Told our waitress again. She brought another. But where’s the manager. Where’s the owner. Just piss poor. Clams were very light on the seasoning. Beef tip special was over cooked and chewy.

The time before this I went and order the chicken parm. It came out ice cold. Told the bartender and they stuck it in the microwave to warm it up. Gross. Didn’t see a manager that time either.

Over priced drinks. Weak pours. Mediocre food. No wonder they weren’t near as busy. Makes sense.

First, it is tacky to have faux paintings of your so-called family italian meals. The sauce is from a can. You can taste the metal. No fresh ingredients and no flavor but metallic can flavors. Spent 157.00 on 1 appetizer and two meals. When the owner asked how it tasted, my wife layed into her about how horrible it was. Definitely offended that they call this italian! Never again.

Everything was wonderful, but service was a bit slow, but they were busy.

Very professional and attentive staff. They were overwhelmed on Father's Day but still kept it cool. Didn't get dessert but they were busy! Every inch of the place was packed! Thank you for such a fun experience, my first time there! Chicken Marsala was nommy! And the free bread and pesto 😋

Delicious food, adult beverages. Servers are personable and professional (thank you Eric for your wonderful service and attention).

We’ve been coming to Amici for a while now—originally for lunch, but we’ve since made it a favorite Sunday dinner spot. Every visit we’ve had by amazing service—warm smiles, attentive care, and an atmosphere that’s both friendly and efficient. The ambiance feels like home, with family photos and scenic images from New York. It truly gives the feeling of being at your grandma’s house for Sunday dinners. Now, the food—WOW. I’m from New York and worked downtown, so I’ve had my fair share of Italian food in Little Italy. The dishes at Amici absolutely capture that same flavor and soul. The sauce (or “gravy”) is bursting with richness and authenticity. Every bite reminds me of classic NYC Italian cuisine. And here’s a little secret for fellow carb-conscious Italian food lovers: they serve zucchini pasta! If you’ve been avoiding Italian dishes because of the carbs, this place is a dream come true. Thank you, Amici, for bringing a little taste of Little Italy to Florida. And a special thank you to Destiny, Danielle, and Lima—you make us feel like we’re walking into a family gathering every time. Your kindness and service are what keep us coming back.

Food just ok, not worth the price for sure. Sever was amazing. Have tried 2 times, no one in our 6 group was impressed with food.

Always an enjoyable meal. Plan ahead, usually a wait.

Very disappointed tonight. Made a 1715 call ahead yesterday, arrived on time tonight, yet discovered two large party reservations (news to me as I was told they didn’t take reservations the day prior) had basically filled the restaurant. Head waiter/manager said it would only be 15-20 min until a table would open in the back so we waited. Finally a table did open in the back 35 min later but lo and behold I’m told the head chef/owner then gave that table to friends with a later call ahead time. (Literally watched this happen). At this point, 45 min after we had arrived the head waiter/manager was no where to be found so we left. Just an idea, either honor call aheads in order or at least tell us it’s going to be an hour later than our call ahead when we arrive on time. Based on the poor customer service tonight that involved the owner playing favorites on an extremely crowded night, I won’t be back nor can I recommend this restaurant. Kind of felt like a second class citizen who clearly wasn’t on the known list based on how badly we were treated tonight. We ended up going somewhere else albeit sitting down much later than we had hoped and had a nice Italian dinner.

They have a first come seating for the bar they do not take resv for those seats at Amicis in Melbourne Florida Tonight I walked in and there were only to seats open but they had plates and napkins in front of those 2 chairs. I was told that customers had call ahead for those seats but they had not arrived yet. I was told that I could not sit there so I walked out I eat there at least 2 times a week. Owner Dave was not there but his son Joesph was the one who said I could not sit at the bar. I will never spend another penny in this resturan. VINCE

The food was good but the service was great! Our server was very kind and friendly for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday. We were very happy to celebrate her birthday there!

I have been a customer for 6+ years. The food is excellent your servers bartenders are some of the best in Brevard County.. The biggest downfall at Amici’s is the gentleman who is at the hostess stand. I believe his name is Dennis. Just recently, my husband and I came to Amici’s we waited almost 15 minutes before a server greeted us and sat us in the wine room. While we were waiting another couple came in. They waited about five minutes no one greeted them either. They turned around and walked away..
While enjoying our, dinner, this gentleman, walked into the wine room. There was only two tables in there our table and another group he looked over at us like we were an inconvenience for being there. We did come in at 8:30 at night the main dining room was very busy. That’s why we selected to go to the wine room, a large party was just leaving. There were two female servers. Both greeted us with smiles. We had wonderful service. I believe our servers name was Destiny, she was very polite kind and prompt! However this gentleman every time he walked in because he did come back and go into the wine room again, looking at us with a sour face , I’m not sure maybe he had a bad day, but I will tell you he’s been like this on multiple occasions when I’ve been in and our friends and family who frequent your restaurant as well. They all have the same experience but no one has spoken up. I know Joey and Stevie very well . They are a huge asset to your restaurant. I understand Stevie just left. Sorry to hear that, but if it was my restaurant and I’ve been in the restaurant business for 43 years, Dennis would not be the first person my guest would be greeted by. I just thought you and everyone else should know because you only know what you know , I wish you nothing but success, but hope that you will take this serious and coach Dennis, if he is going to be the first person YOUR guest meet and interact with, he needs to be kind, friendly and greet customers as they come Because perhaps the customers you have are coming back for you, the servers, the bartenders the chefs but not him! How many people are not coming back because of Dennis, that’s what you don’t know. I thank you for your time in reading my message. God bless.
