When my friend and I were at Arby's 4705 Wickham Rd Melbourne Fl. She had ordered two deluxe burgers and a fish sandwich. I ordered a regular hamburger and fries. I received my food and we were waiting for hers, we were sitting at a table by the door and we seen a man leave with his order. He came back into the store visibility upset about his ordered and handed the half unwrapped burger back to the guy. Well that employee then took the half wrapped burger and put it in my friends bag and brought it to our table 😒. She told him that there's no way that she was going to except that burger since the man had went out to his car with it. The employee acted like it wasn't his problem, eventually the manager came out and asked what happened, so we told him, and he went and got a freshly cooked one. I think that employee should be fired.

From my visits to Arby's, I've moticed that it has good food but it's inconsistent. The smokehouse brisket and reuben are delicious fresh. Some days the curly fries come out piping hot and yummy; other times their room temperature and dry. If consistency cM be maintained, that'd make a huge difference.

Visited Arby's today for lunch (Melbourne, FL. area, on Wickham Road near FL-404). Been awhile since our last visit, was always on the higher cost side of having a quick lunch. Noticed a new ad on their sign, for a Meat & 3 box for $7,99. Enjoyed the price, meal, and atmosphere. January 4, 2026 lunch crew was great. Wanted to post a review, just ringing the bell, just seemed not enough. Retiree, age 66
I hadn't been to Arby's in a while, it's one of my husband's favorites though. Everything was great. Just like I remembered. The service at this one was top notch.

The food was total garbage.Curly fries all broken and the sandwich looked like somebody just threw really quick the ingredients in a bun.It wasn't hot,neither the fries and the cheese was stuck all over the paper wrapping the sandwich..Presentation zero and no taste at all.It is not the first time.I am never coming again.It is a waste of time and money.

Arby's roast beef sandwiches have always been a favorite Of my families.
Now they've even added the french dip
They do make it very hard to choose between the curly fries and the potato cakes and I have to admit that I go back-and-forth every time I visit.
Service, at this location was very good. They handled customers very, very quickly. When I first pulled up I was worried at how long the line was but they soon alleviated my fears.
It is nice to see that Arby's is adding new locations to their chain. Several have popped up around where I live over the past year or two.
Roast Beef tasted like fish.
