Unfortunately, potato cakes have been discontinued, so we won't be back. I'm sure they will survive without my $22.50 per week, $90 per month, $1, 080 per year. Too bad they chose this. We liked the sandwiches.

Brian at this location gave me unprecedented customer service. I'm in my 60s and consider myself .com challenged, so managing the Arby's app was something not in my wheelhouse. When I approached the counter, Brian could see that I was having issues and politely asked if he could have my phone and in about 10 seconds he installed the app, took my order, applied the discount and thanked me! It's very rare in this day and age to meet someone who is willing to go above and beyond at their job at a busy time of day and provide the stellar customer service that this young man provided to my wife and I. If you're looking for management within your organization, look no further. His name is Brian, and he works at the Arby's location on Wickham Road in Melbourne

The person taking my order at the drive through could not have been any colder and unwelcoming. I inquired about an item and she barely answered my questions, everything seemed a burden to her. It's a shame because the restaurant seemed brand new and had a lot of potential. The tiny kids meal was terribly overpriced at $5.55, I should have known better and just gotten our usual at Burger King.
