I hadn't been to Arby's in a while, it's one of my husband's favorites though. Everything was great. Just like I remembered. The service at this one was top notch.

The food was total garbage.Curly fries all broken and the sandwich looked like somebody just threw really quick the ingredients in a bun.It wasn't hot,neither the fries and the cheese was stuck all over the paper wrapping the sandwich..Presentation zero and no taste at all.It is not the first time.I am never coming again.It is a waste of time and money.

Arby's roast beef sandwiches have always been a favorite Of my families.
Now they've even added the french dip
They do make it very hard to choose between the curly fries and the potato cakes and I have to admit that I go back-and-forth every time I visit.
Service, at this location was very good. They handled customers very, very quickly. When I first pulled up I was worried at how long the line was but they soon alleviated my fears.
It is nice to see that Arby's is adding new locations to their chain. Several have popped up around where I live over the past year or two.

Clean kitchen and dining area.
Food was prepared quickly and correctly.
Disappointed with the gentleman taking my order. His lack of attention to me was concerning. When I asked to correct the order, he seemed troubled that I would ask.
The manager completed the correction without incident.

Drive thru attendant/male was out of line today Thursday 06/12/25 when i pulled up to the window to pick up my Arby's app order. Was told i couldn't just pull up i had to either come inside to pick up or sit at the order speaker like someone just pulling in. This is unacceptable and management should be training folks to be more accommodating to paying customers. Not a good look for whoever the local franchise owner is. It's 2025, get your act together. To add insult, no Arby's sauce or any condiments/napkins in the take out bag, just clueless on all fronts here.
