Not much options to choose from they just had three salted pretzels up there and I can’t have salt like that even though they’re cooked in oil and water and stuff which is naturally salty anyways, but I always get plain pretzels and they only had one that looked dried up. They had a few sitting inside of a basket waiting to get cinnamon tossed on them. I asked the young lady behind the register. Could I get one of those instead if it’s plain she said it has cinnamon on them and you can clearly see they did not have any cinnamon tossed on those. She just didn’t want to give them to me. It’s like he was forcing so tired dried up all day, pretzels onto people, but they had left a little hot box. Don’t recommend this auntie Ann pretzel shop at this location to anyone for customer service

Really bad service. Refused to sell me a small nugget because it is not a popular size. There were 3 baskets of completely finished nuggets, but they said I would need to wait 25 mins because it is not a popular size. Most of the pretzels in the warmer looked like they had been there a while.
The people behind the counter were extremely rude about it also.
If they don't want to sell smaller options they should remove those options from the menu.

Me and my friend asked for some water because we were thirsty and didnt have any money on us they said sorry we don't give out charity in the rudest way possible I think is unacceptable and very unprofessional and rude I would not recommend coming here

To rate this place 1 star out of 5 is way too much. Should be a negative 5 out of zero. I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid and for the last few years, their employees are beyond rude. Auntie Anne’s has a rewards program that this place does not honor and is sure rude enough to let you know they don’t honor it. I’ve even agreed to wait 15 minutes since they didn’t have the small pretzel nuggets and only the large but they refuse to make small ones. Yet, they can use the large containers and just put less in them, they rather loose a customer then accommodate them. My bill would have been close to $40 for some cheap dough nuggets but I told them they can eat them they were that rude. I’ll never go back here and this used to be my favorite snack.

Normally I am auntie Anne’s #1 fan, food is always good, great atmosphere & good customer service. Today I was just absolutely disappointed with the customer service, I am not one to write reviews either but I just had to say something for people that don’t enjoy working in a place that requires customer service. We needed change for a $5 bill so that we could use the quarters for my daughter to ride the small merry go round (keep in mind the only reason we went to ask for change is because the change machine wasn’t working)& so my husband walks over and asks very nicely “hey can I please get change for a $5” the guy at the front counter simply said “nah man we’re not allowed” my husband said “oh okay” so he sat back and looked at the menu to see what he could order to get change back bc all we needed was a $1 lol & on the menu it says a small lemonade was $3.79 so he ordered a small lemonade as it says on the menu and the young girl at the counter told him “no we don't have a small this is our international menu” so he walks away & doesn’t say anything. I ask him what happened & he explained it to me, so I dug through my purse to double check and just make sure I didn’t have quarters, I ended up finding 2 quarters at the very bottom so all we needed was 2 more. So I walk over, wait in line & as I’m waiting in line I see a stack of kids cups by the lemonade machine so I just ask the same woman as nicely as I can “hi I’d just like to get a kids cup of lemonade please” & she says “oh yeah sure… no we only have medium and large no kids cups” & I said “but aren’t those kids cups right over by the lemonade machine? ” & she didn’t even answer my question but just responded with “we only have medium or large” so I said “okay then I’ll just do a medium please” & she visibly rolled her eyes at me, didn’t respond & just filled up my drink & gave it to me without another word and thankfully when she handed me the change she gave me two quarters so we were all set and our little one got to ride the small merry go round, yay! But moral of the story there was just no reason for the girl employee to respond so rudely, especially when we’re giving them our money. No need to roll the eyes, no need to seem ANNOYED that we’re giving you business. If you don’t have good customer service then maybe you shouldn’t be IN customer service??♀️ even if as an employee you’re having a bad day there’s no need to show customers how unhappy you are, it’s apart of your job to give good customer service so just keep in mind it costs nothing to be nice. We weren’t mad just disappointed cause it could’ve been handled better than it was. Everything else was great tho! Still gonna go to auntie Anne’s, just a friendly reminder to be nice to your customers(:

Not cool at all. Came in today (time stamped purchase 11:21 am) for two cups of pretzel bites and when I got to my car me and my wife found them to be undercooked, doughy. Not at all what we expect from you. You have universal cooking guidelines, please follow them. Remember, you can be good 1000 times but you only get one chance to ruin someone’s pretzel experience.
