Quite simply one of the most exquisite restaurants in all of Brevard for authentic Italian food. Great Italian wine list and an absolute genius of a chef in the back. She is a marvel. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

We dined at Bacco last evening and most of the food was awesome except for the minestrone which surprisingly lacked flavor. The pasta dishes were amazing and the flavors shined through and the beet salad was one of the best I have ever had. The service however was so-so and our server (or the other gentleman who was conversing with guests and opening wine bottles) did not check on us, ask how the meals were or come by when our wine glasses were empty. We have dined here in the past and were always happy with our meals and service but last night may have been an off night for service....but the meals made up for it.

My fiancé and I came here for a date night. We both loved the ambience and food. Foods were GREAT.

I highly recommend [Ravioli filled with ricotta & spinach in a pistachio sauce]. It was surprisingly delicious and wonderful. One of a kind!

I also enjoyed [Veal T-Bone in a white wine reduction with garlic & fine herbs] a lot. The only drawback would be that it had a small soft bone which was hard to get rid of lol. Highly recommend though!

Waitress seemed new but was attentive and thoughtful. She also came running for us to the parking lot because we forgot to bring our leftover. Thank you gorgeous lady.

Ambience was great. It is far from big, but the light and music were awesome. The tables were full and you’d better make reservations, like we did. :)

It is expensive but worth it xD We talked about coming twice a year haha. Thanks for the great food and experience, Bacco Wine Cafe!

Delicious food! Inexperienced and unattentive server, making dining experience less than desirable. Noted patrons who were obviously repeat/recognized customers had better service from other very attentive servers.

I can’t believe we just found this wonderful cafe. I live in Ormond Beach and was in town visiting a wine distributor and decided to eat dinner there this past week. WOW!!!! Thank you for reminding me what it’s like to eat in Italy. The wine selection was nice, the service was spot on and the food was fantastic. Just enough portions for an enjoyable night out. No big salad, no basket of endless bread, no sides, no nothing just a meal that’s perfect for you to enjoy. We come to Melbourne often as we have family here and we will definitely be back to enjoy the other favors on the menu. One more thing…perfection on the espresso!!!
