Quite simply one of the most exquisite restaurants in all of Brevard for authentic Italian food. Great Italian wine list and an absolute genius of a chef in the back. She is a marvel. Can’t wait to go back again soon!
We dined at Bacco last evening and most of the food was awesome except for the minestrone which surprisingly lacked flavor. The pasta dishes were amazing and the flavors shined through and the beet salad was one of the best I have ever had. The service however was so-so and our server (or the other gentleman who was conversing with guests and opening wine bottles) did not check on us, ask how the meals were or come by when our wine glasses were empty.
