I came in on Saturday, 25 October because my normal go to Italian restaurant, Manny’s pizzeria was closed. I ordered the gnocchi marinara and I hate to say, but it was absolutely disgusting. Coming from an Italian background and having lived in Italy, I can say there is nothing Italian about this place.

Went with friends and was not a good experience. On a Friday night they only had two waiters. Food was just ok. $8 for a small pour of box type wine was ridiculous. Will not be going back.

Cozy little restaurant.
We were a group of 4 (two couples). We arrived at 6:00pm and didn't get served until well after 7:00pm. Other patrons came in, were served, are and left while we waited for our food. I ordered a seafood dish. The calamari was rubbery and chewy (over cooked). I had to pry and cut the clams out of their shells (under cooked). We had to ask for more water (several times). Very disappointing. Too many nice restaurants out there to go to without going back to Bella Luna.

First time there. Food was really good server was nice and atmosphere was quite. Only thing was at the end when we received the bill the prices were more than advertised on the menu. When brought up, The server and manager stated that they were ok illegally charging me to use my debt card as a credit card because everyone else does it. Also told us that it was an upcharge for a Caesar salad and the soup of day. I stated we were asked soup or salad with our meal and not told about the upchage. We were fine paying but let us know, Don't be shady.

I had PIZZA VEGETARIANA and INSALATA A LA TOMBOLA. Delicious, generous portion. I would have rated 5 stars across if not for the difficult access into the mall.

Been coming here for years specifically for for chicken alfredo since the only place that had amazing chicken alfredo shut down in 2020. This has been the next best alternative since then even though it is bland and we have to add salt and pepper. I have been totally fine with doing that, however, picked up food today and they have literally cut their chicken portion in half, possibly even more. $25 for a chicken alfredo meal that has tons of noodles and six tiny thin strips of chicken. Very disappointed 🙄

Worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. Our hosts were so excited to take us here and they, too were disappointed in the service (waitress only had 3 tables and was horrible!) Never brought bread and dipping sauce (they don't offer that anymore). . . brought the wrong entrees. . . never came back to check drinks or how we were doing. I felt so bad for our hosts - they raved about this place.

Rather disappointing. We shared a starter, Calamari, which was over come done, so chewy and tough, the marinara sauce was good. Then Linda had a salad and I have soup, Pasta e Fagioli, soup was very bland no flavour, had to add a lot of Parmesan to liven it up. We then shared Lasagna, it was just ok and again bland. We had been looking forward to trying this place, reading what other people have been saying, so we're surprised it wasn't better

Been having explosive diarrhea after eating here. Let me expound how I got in this situation. My poor, financially stricken mother bragged about this restaurant. After leaving her MRI scan, she urged me to let her buy me dinner after returning to Florida from active duty military service. The veal marsala was like a thin, wet paper towel drenched in a bland canned mushroom tin flavored snotty consistency sauce. The pasta was undercooked and tasted like a food prep class in high school; the chow line overseas could've done lightyears better. Everyone reading this, please save your money and go to Olive Garden. This meal was more of a disgrace to Italy than the series The Jersy Shore. My poor, broke mother is telling me how good the food used to be, but I can't help but feel utterly disappointed. To the owner, I know you are capable of more. Please go back to your Italian roots, make the pasta from scratch, not just a cardboard box you can find in a prison galley, and make the sauce with real butter, not water and skim milk, give a decent size of protein, and for G-D sake learn how to make a decent Italian soup. The one served tasted like Campbell's canned soup, which most people in section 8 would eat. After eating this now, my stomach is turning, and I feel perplexed about whether to sit on the commode or put my head in it.

We were not greeted upon entering restaurant, restaurant was empty. My husband asked it we should sit anywhere. Grumpy waitress says only over here and blocks off half of the restaurant.Waitress brings menue, we order. We get salad, very little lettuce, soup of the day is greasy. Our entrees are brought and for the shrimp scampi the pasta was old (not eldente) and dry, and sauce was very greasy; the veal marsala entree had very very little veal and it was supposed to have angel hair pasta but was replaced with linguini without letting us know they didn't have any beforehand. Very disappointing, won't go back ever again.
