I stopped by Ben & Jerry's for a late-night Friday treat, and I was amazed by the customer service provided by the employees Teresa and Kevonte. Although the store was full of customers, they were all met with a smile and treated like the most important customer of the day. These two were a breath of fresh air, and I hope to see them again on my next visit!
Who wouldn't love a ben and jerry's ice cream shop? Today I indulged in the chocolate peanut butter ice cream with fudge chunks and it was heavenly. A nice cold ice cream cone. In this heat, was a blessing.
Came in at 9:20 PM, they close at 10PM so 40 mins till close not 10 or 15 mins. I go in to order a milk shake with my friend. Best milkshake thats if you like a Milk-Shake, because unfortunately they dump so much milk in the ice cream and over blend it it just taste like drinking milk and a hint of ice cream. Staff acted very bothered like they were closing early when we showed up. Felt very rushed due to there early closing, despite it actually being my first time ever stepping into a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream store in my entire life. I will say, I shall be sticking to the tubs at Publix so I don’t not have to deal with Ben and Jerry’s sub par service.
Nice staff, it was like getting Pint Ben & Jerry's, but at a ice cream shop instead of the grocery store. There is a movie theater next door. Great date idea, movies then ice cream afterwards (assuming you're not in a junk food coma from the movie theater candy). It was good, they had a non dairy option that tasted good. Mochachinno Swirl? I put it in the small sprinkle cone, total was about $8. And Ultra Violet was the ice cream in the cup, not dairy free. Very generous scoops.
Good ice cream. Employees are meh about your presence in the store.
The fresh warm waffle cones and refreshingly attentive young staff top off the excellent B&J ice cream at this shop. It's spacious, tidy and clean, and perfectly located by the locally owned movie theater. It could use a little style update to make it feel more modern, but actually it's a good fit for small town Melbourne still stuck in the past a few decades😉
Just had the non-dairy cookie dough ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s, and wow—it was so good! The cookie dough pieces were tasty and the dairy-free base was super creamy. Honestly, you wouldn’t even know it’s non-dairy. Plus, the employees were super kind and really made me feel welcome. Great vibes all around. Definitely coming back for more!
Great swift service & delishhh flavors!!
My favorite ice cream restaurant!
Awesome vegan options!! Delicious not coconut based, at least I couldn’t taste it. Their vegan chocolate chip cookie dough was a treat!! Loved it!!!

A good place to get a treat near the mall and the movie theater.
Ben & Jerry’s started in 1978 when childhood friends Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield opened their first scoop shop in a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont. What began as a small business with a $12,000 investment has grown into a global ice cream company with over 600 stores worldwide, including several locations across Florida. I have been to several of their stores over the years. A visit to a typical Ben & Jerry’s ice cream store in Florida is enjoyable and fun and great on a hot day. The stores have a relaxed atmosphere with colorful murals, friendly staff, and the smell of freshly baked waffle cones. At all stores that I have visited, I have found a great selection of flavors, including popular choices like Cherry Garcia, Chunky Monkey, and Phish Food. They have non-dairy, vegan, and sorbet options to ensure there’s something for everyone.
I was waiting for a friend at the Oaks Mall and decided to stop in to get a treat. I am glad I did. It is conveniently located between the movie theater and a restaurant. There is seating inside and a couple of tables outside. The store was clean, the staff was nice. The prices seem high but the ice cream is delicious and there are not a lot of ice cream shops around. Overall, a visit to this (or any) Ben & Jerry’s in Florida is a great place to get a wonderful treat.

Diamond was very attentive and kind. She knew the flavors and provided great customer service. I'll be going again. Thank you Diamond
I never even knew Ben and Jerry's Brand had a store until I went to movies and noticed this shop next door. I got really excited, as an ice cream enthusiast, but apparently I took too long looking at the menu because the young Asian boy got an attitude and asked loudly (I wasn't close to the counter yet) if I was going to make an order. I got anxious and just quickly decided on the brownie sundae and from then continued, every question he asked was in a way as if I was an annoyance. I truly thought about saying nevermind and walking out but anxiety didn't allow for me to do that haha. Won't be back though. I'll stick to getting Ben and Jerry's from the store, less hatefulness that way. The other young man working with him seemed to be much more cheerful and less annoyed with his occupation choice
