Terrible service will probably never return. I been here a few times picking up orders decided to try it out so I placed an advanced pick up order. Literally advanced the pick up time said 27 minutes I scheduled an order for 1 hour later just to arrive to nothing! Not even an apology instead they looked at my "receipt" went to the back had me wait an additional 25 minutes while they cooked it. Mistakes happen I would have gotten over it but not even acknowledgment to the error. I don't like that at all. Also since I asked for extra crispy I didn't get that because they were already rushing to cook it. Disappointed experience.

Very good quality pizza and great service. Cheese and sauce are so good, no grease, crust is a perfect crispy, toppings are top notch. We had a very nice lunch here.

Fair tasting. The crust around the top was thick and doughy. It kind of tasted alright with cheese . I think the proportion though of cheese to sauce was a little dry. I may go back and try their dinners, it seems like a place with some ambience.

I got 2 Caesar salad, one of the salads had chicken. The chicken was very tough. Also, the salad were small, they were pricey for being small salads, the pizza wasn’t terrible. 2 salads and a medium pizza for $33 is it worth it? Absolutely not! By the way I didn’t even finish it because it was terrible.

A quaint restaurant with great pizza and delicious Italian dishes. We ordered the Stromboli, a Sicilian pizza slice and the special of tortellini with bacon, cheese and peas. The restaurant was a bit busy and the service was a bit slow. However, we arrived at prime time for dinner during delivery and pick up orders. Our server was aware of the delay and was very apologetic and kept checking on us. The food was worth wait and everything was cooked perfectly. Definitely, a "return to" spot in the future. Forgot to take pictures of the main dishes, but the cheese bread is so fluffy with crisp edges and a must try

We went there for a date night last night. My only major complaint was that the bruschetta was missing fresh mozzarella and balsamic vinegar.
I really do love this restaurant! The food is always good, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming!Parking: The parking is shared - there’s a very busy UPS store next door, so lunch time, parking can be tough. There’s plenty all around the building, just don’t expect to be right in front.

Our first time ordering from Bizzarro's and the pizza is good, but the service was even better. They accidentally gave us a pizza without pepperoni, but made it right as soon as I let them know. I appreciate the accountability and will definitely order from here again!

Good and service is the Fantastic. Had several pasta dishes and pizza. Wife said Puttanesca was better than hers (That’s a compliment) pizza crust is crispy and chewy at the same time… Truly Hard to get right. Recommend to Go and or dine in. Good quality is there either way.
