We purchased several items, and 2 weeks later, it went down in price. So we asked for a price adjustment. The only way for them to do that was that we have to go back home and bring back the items. This makes NO FKING logical sense since the items are still in stock. When we could have purchased the item at the lower price and use the old receipt to return it, which would create more work for them.....so we explained to the customer service representative (Denise). But it does not appear to sink in her head.So we bought the items and return them against the old receipts. Now come Desiree (a.k.a Team Lead). It only gets worse.....her logic and debating skill is close to none!Overall, customers' service is terrible. They're resistive in accommodating customers. Using Desiree as proof that this level of customer service skill must be allowed by someone at the management's level. On another note, the computer systems (database) is a nightmare when come to track down a previous purchase. It's like dealing with a 15 yrs old technology where everything must be manually searched and linked together.I will cancel BJ's membership and walk over to Costco or drive to SAM's club.I hope someone from BJ'S corporate reads the comment and improves the overall customer's experience.

This is one of the worst places to work. Just saying 0/10 recommend for a job. Multiple times I’ve shopped there and have heard how the front of the membership desk speaksto other employees. If I knew their names I would definitely report to corporate!

I stopped in BJs today to pick up lunch meat and a few other things. I usually like this club. But lately the associates are just miserable and rude.Catrina at the deli started it off today when I was trying to order lunch meat. After ordering a pound of ham she became very put out when I had the nerve to order something else . I said can i have… “ What else are you ordering!!??”Mmmmm ok so I’ll have.. roast beef pepperoni and“ How much roast beef!!”I just ended up getting the pre sliced cheese from the case She was obviously not interested in slicing product at the deli counter..then self check out. I had beer, needed an override. The person attending was clearly super miserable today.I pay to be a member here. I mostly go for the lunch meat.I guess I’ll consider just going to Costco and getting my lunch meat at down town produce. We literally pay to shop here don’t need to be treated like a bother!

These are supposed to be pasture raised eggs and they used to be very very dark orange and now they're yellow like regular eggs. This is not what pastures raised eggs are supposed to look like So you're either charging us the same expensive price for pasture raised eggs and giving us caged eggs and robbing us to make a profit or something else fishy is going on.We deserve to have an explanation because anybody who eats pasture-raised eggs knows damn well this is not what they're supposed to look like

My wife and I have been shopping here for years now as has her father. Last weekend her father was doing some thanksgiving shopping and his free turkey coupon didnt work so a manager (grey hair) overrode it so he could still get it. Tonight my wife and I did our shopping and figured we would get our free turkey also , Grey hair manager wasnt having it. She waited for the sale to be totaled then jumped my wife and myself verbally and aggressively in front of many people, made a hUGE scene like someone kicked her child. I told her the two different accounts story and she said “F it whatever” and walked away leaving the cashier in an awkward spot as well as the other shoppers and my wife crying… i spoke to the higher boss who said she will deal with it … this eating will be raised if i never see grey hair again as this isnt the first time ive seen her like this towards customers, if she is still here when my club renewal is due ill swap to Costco..be mindful we pay annually to shop with thos store and to be embarrassed and harassed its just not worth it.

They need to open all gas lanes at BJ'S Gas. What a nightmare getting in to get gas when you have lanes closed with a traffic cône in front of it.

I was in BJ’s this afternoon about 5ish. The lines were long, but moving. I have two small children and was holding one while my wife had the other. We were in the self check out line when a young man that was working there asked if we’d prefer a cashier. Seeing that the lines were just as long for the cashier and we were next for the self check out line. The young man who worked there said: I’ll ring you out over here. He then proceeded to open a register, took me and my family and rang us up. Super kind gesture that had my faith in humanity restored ! He is an asset to the work force and wish him the best. I regret not catching his name.

Very nice greeter, and the waiter was super too. We loved the varied menu and craft beer, and the overall atmosphere was modern and casual. We were in town for 2 weeks and ate out every day. BJ's was the very best medium priced restaurant - definitely not fast food, way better.

Close to my house, plus they have everything we need. Loved their muffins and cookies - but with inflation, the prices have gone too crazy. Love their salad collection..

I recently made a purchase of a sofa in this location. It contained of 3 huge boxes. Jeffrey was an amazing helper. He patiently waited with the sofa until I got my car and then did the heavy lifting with me getting the box on my truck. I would definitely shop here again.

The ladies in this dept are truly amazing! Thank you for all you do. And the quality and taste of the marble chocolate mousse whipped icing cakes are just deliciously perfect!
