The one in Viera seemed very short-staffed. The food was good. Just took a little while to get. The special coffee was not hot enough for me. Gotten rather expensive.

They closed too early. Didn't get into town until 19:30 checked into the Hampton walked over to Bob Evans and to my surprise they were closing in 15 min. So I went to Sonny's. Here I sit looking at Google maps and even as the Bob Evans is closed it says "busier than usual". By who? The rats and roaches?

Terrible customer service and management, I called today to inquire about something after dining in yesterday with my husband for breakfast and the first time I called they said oh we are busy right now and you need to call back later and then immediately hung up on me and then when I call back later I don't get through to anyone and then once the manager finally does get on the phone he was extremely rude and not helpful at all so at this point I'm a little annoyed and I asked for his name which he refused to give me so I will be taking this complaint further unless I get a sincere apology from your terrible management staff at Bob Evans. I have always been a regular customers with my large family and no one deserves to be talked to like their noone when I always spend a lot of money at your restaurant. Not to mention my food was cold yesterday. Your managers need to do better especially when they are representing your business
Clean store. Not busy at all. Food was great. Kinda spendy. Staff was right on.

Ordered a rise and shine burger, steakhouse burger and steak tip omlette. The burgers had a funny taste and the buns were soggy. The steak tips looked grilled on one side but the other looked boiled. Toast was not toasted. Overall a horrible meal and a waste of money. The waitress acted offended when my husband said his burger was horrible and that we did not need the takeout box.

We go to this restaurant, probably weekly for a girls' day out. Most of the time, we have wonderful service and a nice breakfast. However, this last time, the waitress wasn't quite herself, and the food wasn't right. The egg whites we're runny, which can make you lose your appetite altogether. My mom asked for her eggs to be seriously browned. And she does not like the yellows. She stresses his point every time she orders. And this time, they came back with the yellow all scrambled in there. There's no way my mom could eat this, as she hates the yellow and they scrambled the egg. Had to explain 3 times.
Also, while booking around, the male waitress was busy playing on his phone. Not the normal, but still.

You want pot roast like Mom made it? Bob Evens got it. You want thanksgiving dinner in July? They got that too. I hate fake mashed potatoes. Bob’s are either real, or at least real good. I think the baby carrots make the meal. I do wish the meat portions were slightly larger. Staff is nice. I have yet to be disappointed.

Pricing still looks good until you see the serving size. Sign of the times, I guess. Food quality seems like it has dropped off some. The sausage was almost flavorless. This place we as massively understaffed. It's just not what it used to be. I feel like Bob Evans is treading water as a company. We will see.
