They were very accommodating with me when I needed special menu adjustments because of food intolerance.I didn't feel like I was a bother to them.Dietary restrictions: When you can't eat eggs, dairy, chicken, garlic, or ginger, you have a terrible time finding a good place to eat.I told them my issues, and they nicely helped me with my selection and made sure that it was right before they brought it to me. I can't remember her name, but the *brand new* employee that helped me with my order was on point, and dealing with coworkers that reminded me of the movie Mean Girls. While they were pleasant to me, the other servers rode her hard, as if asking simple questions was ruining their vibe. But my girl wasn't dismayed, got the order perfect, triple checked the billing, and maintained her positive, helpful demeanor and posture throughout.I hope she reads this, as she is an absolute rockstar!Also, the food was outstanding, second to none. That cake though... Heading back NOW!

Great restaurant, would highly recommend! My breakfast came with blueberry pancakes, hash browns, eggs, and my choice of meat. All of it was very good and very fresh tasting! The menu had tons of options - there is something for everyone! I 10/10 would come here again when I'm in town :)

Easter Sunday and we were so lucky to find a place to eat that didn't have a wait just to be seated. The food here was definitely worth every penny and then some. I never eaten at Bob Evans before and I was so delighted by the quality of food, choices on the menu, and the awesome service second to no one. Lastly, their coffee was extra delicious too.I will definitely be returning here in the near future. Other items on the menu I can't wait to try. Stopped in for what we thought was a quick stop and we’ve no been here for 40 minutes and have asked when will our food be up. The place was not very crowded when we came in. We’re now late for an important meeting and will need to contact and inconvenience others. We won’t be back.

The worst experience with a to go order! Long wait, 40 minutes, with virtually no one in the restaurant. Food was terrible upon arriving home. Burnt chicken, thick salty mac and cheese, stale rolls...yuck! Restaurant is dirty, sticky floors, and just an all around terrible experience. Just don't eat here, I don't know how they even stay open.
