Came here traveling through Melbourne and this coffee shop was near my hotel. The place is nice and relaxed and had organic syrups for sale, which I’ve never known existed. So bought one of those. Latte might be good because I can’t try it yet because it’s insanely hot. I told her low temp. But other than that good service and they put it in my own mug which I appreciate. Recommended, just make sure to stress LOW TEMP if you want this.

The staff is so friendly, happy, helpful, and overall a joy to be around. The atmosphere the employees create makes you want to stay there ALL DAY! The coffee menu was well crafted and tasted so good! I will be returning to this coffee shop and highly recommend!

Delicious coffee!
I am huge coffee junkie and snob and very picky about my lattes. Ive visited probably close to 50 or 60 coffee shops this year and today I found my number one. Ally and Morgan made me the best latte ever. Perfectly steamed milk, smooth espresso and the perfect ratio. I tried the dark chocolate flavor and it was honestly top notch. Well done...you've got a gem of a shop here and wonderful people working there. Will be back when im in town. Dont change a thing

The coffee here is excellent. Their cappuccinos are velvet smooth and the baristas make cute, complex latte art. The baristas are also friendly and cheerful. The front door is usually open so there’s lots of fresh air. Free, generally fast and reliable wifi, plenty of spots to plug in and work, lots of space and usually not crowded. Cannot recommend this place enough. Also, ~6$ for a sizable cappuccino (I don’t get sweeteners so it might be a bit more if you do) is a pretty good deal. The review complaining about $8 doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

I was SO excited to try this place because I’m a huge advocate for small businesses and try to shop local as much as I can. So much so that I keep trying to give this place a second, third, and 4th chance but every time I leave disappointed for the quality of the coffee at this price point. I know that Viera real estate makes it extremely difficult for small businesses to thrive, which I understand is a factor into the pricing. But if I’m paying almost $8 for a coffee, I’m hoping for quality, and at least a cup that’s not flimsy. (For iced drinks) I have seen some of the baristas skip steps and pour the hot espresso shot directly onto the ice, creating a bitter and watery coffee base with little ice left to keep the drink cool. I’m REALLY rooting for this business, and I think that re-evaluating the priorities & experience would help bring in more customers and make this the coffee spot of choice over Starbucks, who currently has cheaper (and sadly better) coffee :(

Best coffee in Viera, a step above Foxtail and Starbucks.
They’re always much quicker than those places as well.
I go out of my way to come here because the coffee is that much better.
It’s always the same two very nice ladies working there too.
I especially like how they don’t over do the ice with iced drinks, and they try to walk you drink to you if you’re waiting.
Wish they had a drive thru but it’s probably good you’re forced to go in and see how they run the place.

This is my go-to coffee spot in Viera and is always packed when I go. The atmosphere is perfect for a conversation or getting work done. I've had multiple meetings in this shop as well as book studies and Bible studies. The coffee is great quality, and you can tell the staff really care about making your drink the best it can be. I've ordered a variety of coffees and teas from this shop, and everything has been a home run. Bold Cup is a staple in my routine--it should be a staple in yours too!
