Closed on a Thursday evening before 8pm!I checked their hours online. Says they’re open until 10pm. I tried placing a pick up order online. Received message that online ordering was unavailable and to call restaurant to place order. Called their phone, busy tone. Fiancé called corporate before deciding to drive over 20 minutes to restaurant just to find a restaurant with all the lights out. What is going on with this place? Update your hours online please or have an automated message letting customers know you’re not open when they call. And shouldn’t corporate be aware of closed locations? Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the quality of food. I ordered to-go last night. Meatloaf looked like catfood and tasted bland. The Mac n cheese was wayyyy to salty and watery. And I've had better instant mashed potatoes that whatever they served me here. The cornbread was really cold, like it just came out the fridge. The price is way too high for such poor quality food. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Before COVID this was a nice place, good and generally friendly staff, clean restaurant, and efficient service and wait times. Since COVID, this particular store has been infected with a deadly strain of laziness, entitlement, and a DMV-like dislike of doing its job.I'm sure there has to be at least one person that cares, but however many there are, the culture of this business is no longer what it once was.Honestly, I've known this for nearly 4 years at this point but what did it for me was driving to this location today at 1:00 and being greeted by a female employee crossing her arms and gleefully singing "we're cloooooosed!" All while a man who had placed an online order shuffled around dazedly wondering what was going on and the employee begrudgingly telling him to wait outside for his food.What a mess.

Got there around 7 pm. They were out of mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cornbread was very cold and macaroni looked watery. Tables were also dirty and restaurant didn't look hygeinicly clean. Won't be returning.Parking: Dark and unlit parking lot

Tried to order online.. couldn't. Drove to the location only to find a "Catering Orders Only" sign on the door.. Happy Thanksgiving.. don't bother yall

I ordered my Thanksgiving dinner for my family over 20 days ago. However, we had to spend over 3 hours in line to pick up our meal. It took away many hours of our precious family time the main reason I choose to order instead of cooking our holiday meal ? Boston Market please don’t accept orders if you don’t have the staff to fill orders within a 30 minute waiting window.

Waited for hours. Staff was terrible. There were at least 7 people working in the back, yet they were only able to put out one box of meals every 15-20 minutes. They completely ignored the customers waiting in line. Many customers were angry, and many walked out. This is extremely poor management.

Didn't deliver our order even though we ordered a Thanksgiving meal weeks in advance. We filed a complaint, but Boston Market said they could do nothing about it. I understand that people are overworked and understaffed, but at the very least to make things right with those who ordered ahead of time.

They claiming to be open for business and refusing to serve anyone but catering. They’ve even posted incorrect information. It’s not just a 3-5 thing. They’re doors or open and they are staffed with people who are just standing there not working, unwilling to serve food. Literally just a couple people standing around in front of stocked tubs.

All workers standing outside smoking at 1145am. When I walked up to the door they said we don't open till 12, sign on door clearly says 11. Last time I visited was sub par as well.

Tonight I ordered two meals through the Boston Market App. I picked it up and before I left the restaurant, I checked the order. It was missing one side and the extra corn bread I had ordered. Those were provided. When I got home, we sat down to eat and the chicken fried chicken was tough as shoe leather. There was almost no gravy on the meat and the entire meal was cold. I will not be returning to this location. The food is substandard!

Hours were changed from online hours, brought a large group to eat and they had already stopped making food and cooking at 830. You are paid to work until 9, the management should find new employees that work the hours they are paid to. 0/5.
