Had scallops which were good. Side veggies were overcooked.
My guest had red snapper. Very good.

We went for my birthday surprise and absolutely loved it. We had originally asked to sit outside but it was one of those extremely windy evenings and we thought it would be to cold after the sun went down so we asked if could sit on the upper deck. Thought it would still be to chilly (yeah, I'm old) so they found us a table inside. It was quaint, cozy, music not to loud so you could have a conversation. All four of us had different dishes and everyone really, really enjoyed theirs. I had the Triple Tail (fish of the day) and it was amazing! The service was spot on, our waitress was just lovely with a great personality. Definitely would recommend for a special occasion or if you just really wanted to treat yourself.

Fantastic view from the deck across the river. Food was excellent (seafood risotto and local oysters as an appetizer). Service was equally top notch. Will definitely come again

Came back for brunch. Amazing. Grouper Benedict? Yes please. Excellent service as always.

This was one of the best meals of 2025. Chef owner operated with a rotating menu of both food and drink. The three entrees were amazing. Pork Chop, Salmon and Chioppino. We sat at the bar which is outside but there are river view tables and indoor dining options in the nooks and crannies of this historic building. THC drinks available along with other traditional adult bevs. Support this! Thank you for your service. Special thanks to Nick and Taylor at the bar. Exceptional experience.

Wonderful place, food, and service. My wife ate the fillet with eggs, and I had a fried fish sandwich that was just amazing in presentation and taste. I really recommend this place.

OMG WOW! If I could give this place more stars I would and if I wasn't married for over 25 years I would marry this chef!!! Our waitstaff Taylor was amazing! They had an accessible table right on the patio overlooking the Indian river! They started us off with homemade chips and a smoke cream cheese dip (complimentary). My husband ordered a dozen oysters on the half shell to begin. We then ordered the salmon with the most incredible Gruyère grits I have ever had with my husband ordering the filet with scallops. He love scallops and was thrilled they came with the filet as usually it is paired with shrimp. The ambiance was a cool evening with low lighting on the table and a great atmosphere of soft music in the background. Gorgeous October night to be out having an amazing dinner on the river. Great food, great location, and great service! Thank you!!!

I made a reservation two weeks ago for a going away party of 14. Unfortunately we all showed up & were shocked when the restaurant was unable to accommodate our party because it was raining & our reservations were for outside. I asked 3 1/2 hours before if they would be able to seat us indoors or covered if it rained. Their response was that it was going to stop raining but would be windy. There is a thing in life called courtesy & 1) we were on their books for 2 weeks, so they should have had a plan & 2) If not, the courtesy of a phone call to tell us there was no room for our party would have been appreciated. This was almost a complete disaster for our plans to honor our friends. Thankfully Amicis saved the day on short notice & we had fantastic food & fellowship.

Truly fantastic dining experience. The patio is beautiful, even with the gale force winds we've been having, with a great view of the river. All of our food was cooked to perfection. The mojo Grouper with mashed plantains was AMAZING!! The chargrilled oysters and raw oysters were both small, but very fresh and full of flavor. They have a full bar, but only serve local beer, which for us isn't a deterrent. Brie was our waitress and she was attentive, but not too intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and very sweet. This will definitely be added to our regular places!

This was our first time here and WOW! What an incredible experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and exactly what we needed after a long day. Nick made us some of the best drinks we’ve ever had — I tried both Old Fashioneds and they were perfect. Our waiter had a fantastic sense of humor and gave us great recommendations. I ordered the Coffee Salmon and it was absolutely delicious! From start to finish, everything was amazing. What a true gem this place is — so glad we decided to come!

Saw the reviews and decided to go. Was seated at a corner table on the deck. Great view.
Asked for Casamigos tequila on the rocks. Waiter came back with a different tequila, said they didn’t have Casamigos.
Ordered clams for an appetizer, a bit rubbery. The lobster thermidor. Really small portion. No wow factor. Still hungry so had to order crab cakes, mushy and not great tasting.
My date had fish of some kind that was dry. I had a glass of Pino she drank water as she doesn’t drink alcohol.
The service was turtle slow. I mean I literally had to stop the manager. And ask for a waitress to come take our order. Meanwhile there was not a lot of people seated.
Two friends joined us after our meal and we sat and drank for a an hour or so.
Then I had 4 more tequilas with grapefruit. a bowl of chips to chew on while we talked. The bill was $300 plus tip. There is now way the experience was worth $360
I know there is not a lot of places to go to get a great view and a decent meal. But I can’t see myself going there again.

We had such a wonderful experience at The Brevardian! Nick at the bar was incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he truly takes pride in both his craft and the restaurant. Taylor, our server, was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and made the evening feel extra special.
It happened to be a rainy night, so instead of the terrace we cozied up inside with craft cocktails, which was just perfect. The food was so delicious that most of us forgot to even take pictures—always the sign of a great meal!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for outstanding service, flavorful dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere.

First of all, Nathan our server was fantastic. One of the best servers we’ve ever had. He described the entrées and wines to perfection We had the triple tail special and that was fantastic. Beautiful view. Be sure to call ahead and try and reserve a table by the water. Made for an excellent romantic date night
