Don't sleep on Buffalo Red Hots. If you're from nw NY, this is your place! Beef on Weck was flavorful, wings were huge, and the fries had just the right amount of crunch to them. Couldn't not also order the Red Hot. Sauce was spot on and the dog was perfect. Prices are super reasonable, considering the quality. 3 thumbs up!!

So excited to see a Buffalo style restaurant here in Florida! We make it a point to go every weekend to get our fix. If you haven’t tried a red hot, Buffalo wings, or a beef on weck nows your chance, you’ll be hooked for life!

Don’t be fooled by the location. Buffalo Red Hots earns all five of its stars. The beef on weck is tender and juicy, and the roll is soft and full of flavor! I got the wings and weck combo, my wife got the weck and a side of fries. So much food and everything was hot and delicious. Best wings in Brevard! They also have red hots, which I may try next time (though I’m likely gonna get the weck, it’s that good). Thanks for a great meal. Can’t wait to return.

Buffalo red hots did not disappoint! I grew up eating Texas red hots in South Buffalo my whole life. I was very excited to try buffalo red hots. All original ingredients and all original taste! I will definitely be back!

Being from Buffalo I'm always skeptical of places that claim to have good Beef on Weck. This place does it correctly and it tastes great! The owners are from Buffalo. They are located in Renninger's Flea Market. Use the entrance near TNT BBQ and go left. I will go back again !!

Wow! WNY native here and this place is amazing! Amazing Beef on Weck, Crispy Wings, and real Buffalo sauce. Not to mention Hot Dogs from WNY and the owners are amazing! Located at the far end of the building, worth the drive!

First off. Where the heck is this place? Well, it's in the Renningers Flea Market. You want to be at the south end at Aisle K. It's a nice big red box in the middle of the main aisle. You can't miss it. Now with the actual location clearly set, how's the food?Well it's a small place with owners who have big ambitions to match the flavor of Buffalo they brought to Melbourne. My wife heard about this place so we tried it this Labor Day weekend. I ranked it 5 stars but here is the nitty gritty of it. We both got the beef on weck with wings. I should have gotten a Buffalo red hot as well to determine how well they matched up their version of Buffalo Red sauce, but I'm glad I didn't. The roast beef was plentiful, savory, and moist with the horseradish sauce. Add the beef to the 5 plump wings I got and I was definitely full. I didn't need fries and I really didn't need or want to look at a quarter pound of hot dog waiting for me to eat. Back to the beef. The beef, as stated, was juicy and sandwiched between the bun was more than enough for lunch. Their take on a kimmelweck roll is valiant, but the roll misses the mark on firmness. They contracted out for the rolls, adding salt and caraway seeds to the top. This ensures a good kimmelweck flavor as part of the sandwich. However, a true kimmelweck is firm like a good challah bread, able to soak up the beef juice while staying structurally intact as you eat. The bun they are using is good tasting but soft. If there had been au jus on the bun, it would have been mush. The wings were good enough to pass mustard in Buffalo. Not too big, crispy, and correctly sauced, they were well worth the addition. The blue cheese dressing was a tad watery to me, but picking up nice chunks of cheese with the carrots more than made up for it.We talked with the owners, who shared their ambitions to open up a store front, to be more than a weekend lunch stop. Plans for other dishes, plans for more than lunch. The prices are up a dollar for the beef as of now, but It all sounded good and was good. The food they have now is good. I highly recommend you try them at Renninger's and I hope I can provide an equally high review when they open their permanent restaurant.

I can’t even say enough about this place. I went there today for the first time after seeing all the photos and reviews on social media, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Beef on Weck, a cheeseburger & fries, a Buffalo Red Hot dog, and their wings. I wanted to try everything. I was blown away with how delicious every bite was! The buns and burger/dogs were so tasty, the beef on weak was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted, and the wings? Cooked to perfection with a classic buffalo sauce you can get in mild, medium, or hot, along with bbq if you prefer. Do yourself a favor and stop by this little place for lunch asap, you’ll be so happy you did!

This place is great! Beef on weck was absolutely delicious, roast beef piled high with a one of a kind flavor combo. The wings and hot dogs were on point, especially the red hot. So good to find great food at a great price! Highly recommend!!
