Terrible customer service at the drive-thru. I ordered and paid via the BK app. When I went thru the drive-through I told them the name on the order. They said it wasn't showing on thier screen. I wanted to show them my phone receipt but they said it didn't matter. If it wasn't on their screen, they couldn't help me. Then they closed the drive-thru window. I notified BK corporate and they issued a refund. Went by Arby's and picked up dinner. Stay away from that BK.

My 10 year old daughter has had food poisoning all night after eating at this location. I called to speak with the manager this morning.And she informed me that the grease was changed after our visit last night and had nothing else to say.. no apologies no nothing. As we head to the hospital I will be contacting the health department. So she was aware that they were serving food.That was fried in old dirty grease yesterday.She was aware of it and didn't get it changed until 6:30pm. If you can't hire help, if you're short handed, you might need to reconsider like closing the dining room.. doing something because serving food that makes people sick is unacceptable 👌

Burger King has always been a favorite of mine. After all their flame broiled, that should be enough said right there.
The rodeo burger has always been my go-to favorite. Barbecue sauce and onion rings just make the burger.
And now you can get halvies. This is a side order.That is half french fry and half onion ring.
Throw in a frozen cherry Fanta and I'm ready to go.

Went for a quick dinner at around 6pm. Order process was ok, staff not friendly but not rude either. Service was reasonably fast. Fries were served too cold, burger was ok. Soda machine was out of service, choice of drinks was very limited. Place is run down and urgently needs renovation. Avoid this BK if you can.
I was the only car in the drive thru other than car at window, wasn't acknowledged until 5 min later, where she asked to keep looking at menu (was ready to order)10 min later I asked if ready that I had been ready, she went on to complain there were only 4 staff members and a lobby full of people (just a few cars parked) I told her then I needed to just leave, she sarcastically responded knowing she had car blocking me at the window. Tried to get her attention for owner name she ignored me, and told the guy with her also to not go to the window. Wil be reporting further, will not be surprised when this location closes with such horrible staff who rather you leave than to do their job.
Cold food, messy tables & floors, Manager guy in black was high and a cook/ food preparation wiped nose & used same gloves & no hand washing afterwards.
"Update" the food was actually great for lunch & looks like have all new workers that actually care, will see next time I go back to the 1 on 192 in West Melbourne across from the mall.

Went to lunch on 01/03/25, and the kids burgers didn't have bacon, the manager Robbie she took care of correcting their food and brought us placemats for our food and just all around showed outstanding customer service! We appreciate the service she and her team provided.!

Find any other place to eat at then this particular burger king. Employees ignore the customer every time I've been here.

Worst experience ever I been calling to tell them about a food item missing and they r declining my calls and I'm a pregnant women so they r dening me food bc of a item they missed and the food was cold when it was delivered to me

The service was absolutely terrible here! We had to wait 10 minutes just to put in our order even though it wasn’t busy at all . Then it took 20 minutes until we got our order. The food was fine but be ready to be here for awhile! I can see why Burger King is closing stores!

Order looked like someone grabbed it out of the trash and threw it in a bag. Burgers all smashed up, not to mention we order them with no mustard and not only was there mustard on the burger, but on the outside of the bun, all over the inside and outside of the wrapper. Like did yall have someone find the dirtiest pair of gloves in the dumpster to make the food and then have them throw it at the wall? Oh and just straight denying calls? Wild.

They get the order wrong and then refuse to answer the phone, they just hang up your call.
