I am in the area twice a week and I frequently tell my friends I show up just to see how much worse it has gotten since my last visit. The drive thru sign has been broken for years. The fence to the neighbors business looks like it has been through a hurricane or two. The drive thru service, when it is available because half the time after waiting five minutes they tell you it is not, probably due to the employees smoking pot in the back but hey it's outside, ah but I digress, the drive thru service absolutely cannot handle more than one car at a time. But the math (or meth) is easy, multiply the amount of cars backed up onto 192 by 5 and that is how many minutes it will take to be told what is down. Sometimes the broiler, but hey its only your primary product and I rule so there. Sometimes the shake machine. Sometimes the fryer. Sometimes the cooler. Once I was told I cannot pay in cash because the manager didn't show up and no one else can open the safe. Going inside is no better because they you are an annoyance to the employees. Once I felt like I was going to be attacked by the psycho that was running the counter. All jokes aside, this business is clearly on the decline and needs some serious attention from the franchise owner or corporate. All of the locals are aware as it is the only restaurant in the area completely empty during the typical lunch rushes. For your money, I would recommend Steak and Shake just down the road, BJ''s across the street, or Arby's if you can keep on going.

Absolutely horrendous, kept being given the wrong order or my order but messed up. COULDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE CORRECT DRINK, I ordered sprite and got some kinda tea… not even the same color liquid idek how you ef that up. Do better or make some staff changes because that was embarrassing coming from a business owner.

Toke a while to get my order taken, so while I waited I ordered a whooper online and they didn't even know about it till my dad told them. No coke,sprite or ice in the machine . They prioritize the drive thru more then in person customers.
