I haven’t been to a Burger King in quite a while since the reviews are consistently bad. We were traveling and decided to find a Burger King with decent reviews. Took a chance and left the highway into a community, about 3 miles. We found a great Burger King and a Publix in the same plaza. Enjoyed our lunch.

I'm blown away by the exceptional customer service at this Burger King location! The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and friendly. But what really impressed me was the quality of my breakfast - the sausage biscuit was perfectly hot and delicious! Paired with a great small iced coffee with vanilla, my morning was off to a fantastic start. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

The chicken on my sandwich was very dry, like it was old sitting there for a day or so. Ordered a shake and when our food came up they suddenly just then tell us the ice cream machine is down. Had to wait for them to figure out the refund. Just not impressed at all! Now I know why I haven't been to a burger king in a long time and won't again.

The employee working the drive through yesterday afternoon was very efficient and professional. Her attitude really was refreshing, and I didn't feel rushed but could also tell they were very busy. The food was the usual BK but the service was really outstanding.

These ladies were so rude when taking our order and when she didn’t hear one of us talking she waved the card in our face and said “helllooo”…check your employees Burger King.
Three whopper sandwich 3 small fries $33.00 Last week I got 2 whopper sandwich for $6 This place is a garbage dump! Always warm burgers and cold fries, I'm never eating this crap again!!!!

I never write bad reviews. But when a company steals from you that deserves a review. I was over charged, more than $20 at this store. I went through all the proper channels to get my refund. The mangers told me they could not help me. I disputed it with my bank then BK disputed it and they were able to keep my money. The manager herself told me this happens and when it’s done pending it will “fix itself”. That did not happen and they stole my money. Very bad customer service.

There's a reason burger king is never busy and I just experienced why just now. I was picking up a door dash order and the young girl with glasses was scratching her hair then her face and I asked her to hand me extra ketchup for the customer, but she wanted to open the bag to put it in. Without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I tried to ask her not to and was kicked out!!!! So glad the customer was in agreement to cancel the order, I felt bad for her but I still got my pay : ) I'll never eat there that's for sure.

This is usually the only BK in Brevard where there are no issues. No the case this trip. Out of potato buns for their chicken sandwiches. Messed up one burger. Omitted the churro fries and another regular fries from our order.
On shift manager seemed deshoveled. Not what I'm used to here
