Whatever you do do not order the jalapeno whopper texas whopper under any circumstances, you will have ruined your own day or night.Or whatever time of day, it is it is absolutely disgusting.And the food is never hot.What a horrible experience and who is cutting the vegetables way too thick and why was the inside of the bun very dark Brown? I really don't understand very bad management i'm guessing

I’m in this location at least one day a week. The problem that I have with this location is one particular employee in his name is JAIR. I have no other choice but it stop coming to this location and going down to West Haven. I really hate this because this one’s like five minutes from my house this employee does Burger King a disservice. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. It is as if we are troubling him to ask if we can get some ketchup. The list could go on and on just in the past month I have had four bad experiences with this one gentleman the food is always exceptionally great here but they need to lock him in the back cooking and never allow him to interact with customers ever again.

Took over 20 minutes to get my food from the drive thru after I had already ordered on the app. When I finally got my food I was missing fries so had to go wait back in the line because they closed the dining room. The fries are nasty. Whopper had cheese that seemed to be overcooked and sitting under a lamp for hours. Chicken fries were soggy. A huge disappointment been wanting to have Burger King again for awhile but now I see why we don’t go there anymore. Won’t be going back.
We came in at 8:35 to eat inside and after we got are food I asked nicely for a tray to unpack my food and sit with my partner.. this dirty blond older lady was serving us... she instantly looked at me in shock and said out loud... Oh My God as she reached for the tray... As I unpacked my food she started talking to her coworkers about us and wanting to eat inside even though it was still open.. we felt unwanted and felt she was very unprofessional rude.

This was the slowest drive thru I've been in. I online ordered at 8:01pm, right before I pulled into the lot to get in line. There were about 6 cars ahead of me. I finally left the window at 8:37. Very unorganized and very frustrating.

If I could give up 10 star review I would. When I say the food is always hot the attitudes are always pleasant and let me tell you they always get you through the drive-through really fast.
The women that run this Burger King and manage it every one of them deserve a raise.
If the headquarters in Miami were to ever look at a model, Burger King, this would be the one and only say this because I’ve been coming here for seven years never once have I had a complaint never once was it not consistent… If you’re looking for good food and you’re a fan of the whopper, just know you’ll always get it fresh at this Burger King and with a smile

that old ahhhh lady in there is rude as hell, handed me my drinks and then i asked for the straws and with a attitude she goes “yeah.. there in the bag” and rudely says to have a nice day. i live in the area and come through very often. shes always in a bad mood. she either needs to retire or get a job she actually likes. miserable old lady.

Only once when I ordered just fries, they were fresh and hot Anytime I've gone back and ordered for my family my food is always cold. Lettuce is always soggy. The tomatoes are soggy. Its sad. Burger King used to be my favorite
