This is the worst Burger King of all time. The service is terrible, both drive through and dining room. The food is disgusting. The store is dirty and unkept. Brevard County Health or Viera Company shut this place down. It’s a stain on the area.

New management is Great. Much better Burger King than it was this time last year before they closed for a while. You can definitely tell an improvement in service and quality. The new boss man is polite, professional and always has a smile on his face and resdy to jump in and help with any issue. Keep up the good work 👍

Ordered in the drive thru. Once paid, I was asked to move forward to wait on food. I'm not sure why there is no one behind me . Employees were rude after waiting an additional 10 minutes . Whopper was hot and fries cold.

Don’t come here. Just don’t! Every complaint you ever had about a fast food location… it’ll happen here. I promise.

I have been to this restaurant 2 time both times I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no one in the store and no one in the drive thru. On October 24 there was an employee standing at the front door smoking and and after waiting at the drive thru monitor for 10 minutes with no response I drove through and there was an employee leaning on the counter looking at me and did not move an inch. I will never come back to this store and will steer all my friends away from it. Worst store ever
I'm a staunch critic of restaurants especially fast food chains!
From the warm greeting from Anthony, to the very fresh food we got real quick. This is by far the best Burger King I've ever eating at.
Anthony went above and beyond any and all service expectations.

Nobody beats the King!
Worst experience I’ve had from a fast food place in years. This Burger King deserves to go out of Business again. I had to ask for someone to come take my order then I waited an additional 15 minutes and still didn’t get mine or my families food for me so I asked for a refund and WILL NEVER RETURN until it’s operating like a fast food restaurant should.

First I asked if I could make two separate orders, which the guy said I couldn’t do. I think ok that’s kinda weird, proceeded and ordered a single whopper, spicy double chicken (just sandwiches), Texas double whopper, and a regular double whopper. We’re the only car here, but I still expected it to take a minute cuz that’s four sandwiches. After about 10 minutes he comes out and obviously the guy either wasn’t paying attention or just didn’t care because there was two Texas whoppers, one that I didn’t order that was wrapped up in the spicy chicken paper, one in regular paper, a missing regular double whopper and no spicy chicken sandwich. To top it off, after I ate one of the sandwiches I immediately got violently sick while driving and almost crashed into other cars. The food might have been bad which off the jump I didn’t expect much different from a Burger King, but it could’ve at least been what I’d ordered especially if I had to taste it twice.

Viera, Y’all should just knock this Burger King down and build something else.. This the WORST Burger King I’ve ever been too. I just got the easiest order possible, and they still mess it up!!! Chocolate Sauce for my Chicken Fries???

Turned down business from 10 utility workers who were restoring power to the surrounding Florida area on Thursday Oct. 10th after Hurricane Milton. The employees would not let us in. Asked us to bring vehicle to drive through. Which we did and still would not serve us. Dissatisfied that Midwest guys come from Iowa and Wisconsin to help restore power. And be refused service at burger king.
