Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Usually I never have a problem at this location but the chick at the window with glasses super grouchy I clearly made my order properly they gave me the complete wrong sandwich and then she acted like angry that I came back to get the proper sandwich that I paid for and then she was rude like it was my fault that she messed up. Maybe if she wasn't so grouchy at work in the first place she would have got my order right when she put it in the point of sale. She was even rude to the guy making the sandwich yelling at him like it was his fault she put the wrong order in.

Recently ordered a sub through instacart what they brought me was nothing but disappointment . They made us up on what looked like a hot dog bun I couldn't get it out of the box without it falling apart it didn't taste bad but it was a total mess and way too expensive for the little bit of food I got I don't think I'll be ordering from them again instacart's overly expensive as it is probably won't be using them anymore either oh and I also got fries with cheese and some kind of sauce on it it was okay but it was cold and soggy so the experience wasn't really what I would call first rate !

I ordered a Prime BBQ Jalepeno Cheesesteak for myself as well a some bone in chicken wings, and an Old School Cheesesteak for my wife. The food was ready when I got there to pick it up at the given time. Little conversation was exchanged, just enough to identify myself so they could get my order, so it's hard to really evaluate friendliness.

The sandwiches were good, although if my sandwich had jalapeno on it in some fashion, I wasn't getting any heat whatsoever. I liked the Korean sauce I got on my wings. On the downside, the meat was overcooked so it was tough. When a place goes for crispy skin on wings, it's hard to get that result without overcooking the meat. I didn't even select the extra crispy option, so I'm afraid how they might have turned out if I had. I'd definitely get a cheesesteak there again, but not wings.

The black girl in the drive thru was soooo pleasant she was really working hard, very polite and attentive she deserves a raise! Will definitely be coming back

The heavy set white lady with glasses is by far the rudest employee that they have. She does not greet you even after making eye contact with the customers. She seems to always have an attitude like she hates working there. Maybe she likes the discount on food! The black lady who make your food seems to think that her cell phone is more important then getting started on the grill. The both have inappropriate conversations about other employees.

The employees did not appear to be very friendly, and the lobby seemed unkempt, possibly due to a lack of cleaning.

The condition of the restroom certainly contributed to my decision not to return, as the plunger appeared to have been used and was left uncleaned on the floor.

The quality of the food was not particularly impressive. Moreover, the subs seemed to disintegrate quite rapidly.

I am disappointed with the service. The food did not meet my expectations. I am puzzled by the positive reviews.

The service was terrible. The gentleman working that evening was rude and very dismissive. For what we paid, the food didn't live up to it. I got a little kid portion but paid adult meal prices. It was a bad choice for us. We won't be going back there.

Food was great. Service is horrible. No greeting, no assistance to answer questions. Just some basic customer service skills would be helpful. The tables needed to be wiped down and the floors needed to be swept. The condiment station also needed attention. I’m visiting the area so I will visit another location since the food was pretty good.

The food was amazing! Hot and fresh!!
The lady taking our order not so much. A younger girl ended up taking orders, which was great, but.. customer service goes a long way!!

Service was good! ☺️ Food was mid! Chicken teriyaki sub was not that great. Wings had absolutely no flavor. Ate 3 took them home and ended up throwing them in the trash. Lemonade was great!

Recently moved to the area and looking for a new chessesteak place. This was OK, but nothing special.

The sides and fries are gross the sub was overpriced, bathroom was dirty, cashier was snobby had to go back and ask for stuff on my order cause they didn’t get it all
