Wow! Their newest Kimchi Cheesesteak is the tastiest fast casual food I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. Our family also enjoys the Lemon Pepper Rub bone-in wings. We don’t eat out or get drive thru/takeout often, but, when we do, it has got to be worth the money, especially these days. Plus, this year, we have been really focused on spending our dollars at places along 192. We want to keep 192 alive and thriving, with retailers and restaurants along 192 enjoying continued success along with newer areas that have been developed in recent years. Someone in our family is driving along 192 every single day. This Charley’s location with drivethru service has been a great addition to 192. The crew have always been friendly, orders accurate, and quality and taste of food worth the money.

Dietary restrictions: Our keto focused family members enjoy the Lemon Pepper Rub bone-in wings. But they also enjoy the cheesesteak sandwiches. They just eat the meat, cheese, and toppings and toss the bread. We no doubt could order without the bread but just find it easier to take home as prepared than do a special low carb order.

Have ordered on line and they did a great job. Stopped in to order in person at 6:30pm and was told they were only serving wings and fries. No explaination. Cheesesteak Charley and no cheesesteak????

The guy at the drive-thru barely spoke english and couldn’t understand what were asking him. He was so stupid and left a bad taste in my mouth. The food was good, so, I suppose that makes up for it.

It's overrated. Wings are hard and the cheese steaks are too salty. I tried 2 locations.

Probably my favorite, close to home, cheesesteak shop. I stick to the chicken teriyaki, no tomato and swap the cheese for cheese wiz and it’s 10/10 every time. Staff is super friendly, restaurant is nice and clean and service is fast.

Poor service, poor attitude, lights are too low. Go somewhere else for a better experience. $33 for two meals and a shake. Please. Next time I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Food was absolutely banging. Large sized wings, good amount of sauce, hot food and crispy fries. However, food for two came to a total of $31, and that’s without any drinks. And the workers were kind but a bit slow.

First off you have basically no human contact here . You walk in to a order machine it has a million choices . 2 individuals in the kitchen behind a wall . Never said a word to us , even when we were having trouble with ordering . After placing our order . About 5 mins later a girl appears behind counter and puts a soda and a milk shake on counter then goes back behind wall . I assume this is mine and go to counter and pick it up . She never said a word . A few mins. Later she appears again she puts 2 orders of fries on the counter , then again she disappeared behind the wall again . I picked them up again and took them to my table again . I went to the restroom , when I got back a tray with my sandwiches were on my table . I was told a guy just brought them out . If it wasn't for the food , I would never visit this place again . The price was a little on the high side , and the fries were fantastic . I will give this place a second chance , maybe they were just having a bad night . Hopefully things will be different next visit in July . Or there will not be a strike 3 .
