Great experience overall. We celebrated a family members birthday. Would highly recommend.
The restaurant is very nice, we were able to see dolphins out in the water while we were eating. The wait staff was excellent. However, we went at brunch and the food we were served was not was reflected on the menu specifically it was supposed to be poached egg, and it was deep-fried to the point that it was inedible. In fact, all of the fried foods were overdone. I expect better of this restaurant and their price point.
We enjoyed our food and the service was excellent, drinks were fine. The noise level was pretty high as it usually is at this venue. Kind of pricey but everything is these days. We will be back and I recommend giving it a try if you have never been there before.
The food was not commensurate with the cost for going to Chart House. The Japanese saki cod fish Tasted terrible. The lobster bisque and the wine that was served were the only two outstanding features of our dinner at the Chart House
Service was good but the shrimp and lava cake both overcooked. For the price point, the food did not meet expectations.
This was our third visit to Chart House. The server was great and the food was very good. Consistency is importAnt and they have been very good across a variety of menu items. This visit they offered a 3 course meal for two to share. It was great and we felt it was a good value.
We try to eat here at least once a month. Their early dining menu is reasonable for what you get: a starter, an entree and dessert. The staff is attentive and you can tell they enjoy working there.
The food and service were exceptional. Matt was our bartender, he is fabulous. We had firecracker shrimp, fish tacos and prime rib sliders. Every single bite was incredible.
We are consistently satisfied with our visits to The Chart House in Melbourne FL. The menu options, the meal quality, table service and ambiance are top notch. Our family members are always pleased when we meet there. Last night., it was just the two of us, what a lovely evening and birthday celebration!
Great food, good server. We've been here before many times, but it's been a few years. Good place for a great dinner.

Lobster bisque is a must try. Would have liked a little more lobster in the bisque. She had the grouper cooked perfectly. I had the miso cod again cooked perfectly. The add on mush rooms and potatoe soufflé... both excellent. We started off w two tanquray martinis w house mad blue cheese olives mad perfectly by the bartender.
The chart house is good, the noise level is off the charts, very very loud. Hard to hear those your sitting with. Great service, and food....was ok
Along with GF menu, there should be a GF bread choice for the basket. Creme Brulee not as firm as it should be... almost runny but still tasted good
Decent food, better than average. Fish was all good. Dessert did not taste fresh, even though we were asked to request it "30 minutes ahead of time" per the menu. Pretty much everything else was quite good.
Prime rib was over done. Grouper was over cooked . Waiter was great but for the price of food it was not worth the money. Multiple mistakes on bill. It took 4 x to fix it. Not what I expected from a chart house restaurant.
