Excellent meal and dining experience, I mentioned that it was our anniversary and they even presented us with a card and a personalized menu, along with a small yummy dessert to share. Food and service were spot on.
While we've been dining occasionally at this restaurant for 40 years, it is infrequent. Out experience began upon entering the hostess/waiting area, with an introduction to cooling using a movable air conditioner next to the entrance door. We soon realized that there were another 4 or 5 portable AC units throughout the restaurant. It was a bit confusing because we didn't see any remodeling efforts. Another patron indicated that the need for the units was the failure of the owners to do the necessary AC updating for a restaurant this old and that the units have been in the restaurant for over 8 months! I don't know if this is in fact true, but it certainly iis disappointing if true.
As always, food was delicious and service with Casey was great. The NY Strip and Filet were cooked to perfection!
It seems they changed their menu. All the salads do not agree with my taste buds. The shrimp was much smaller than normal. The service was average as the waitress did not know how to pour wine properly. They also took off their chicken dish and they only have lemon sorbet. (Their raspberry used to be terrific).
Food and Service excellent. Bar Patrons really loud. View of river and rain clouds and lightning added some sights.
Staff & management made us feel very special for our 54th wedding anniversary libations, and dinner. People in the lounge and bartenders Sean & Mack were very friendly and efficient.  Our table was actually ready before our reservation time and the service by “Donny”, our waiter, was impeccable.
The Chart House always has outstanding food and service!! Menu has lots of options for everyone! Definitely a favorite!
Our server, Johnny, was exceptional, and the entire experience, from seating to dining, was exceptional.
The ambiance is always great. I was a bit disappointed in the food this time. My husband got the prime rib. Ordered medium well. Supposed to be slightly pink. This was well done. No pink anywhere. I ordered grilled grouper and the fish was amazing. However, the orzo it was served on top of was clumpy and stuck together. I am diabetic, so I couldn't eat much of it anyway. Just not what I would expect from the Chart House.
The restaurant's service was excellent, with a full house of customers. The bartenders were friendly and professional, and the ambiance was fantastic, featuring large windows with a stunning ocean view. As a Landry's Select Club member, I was given an exceptional table location. The valet service was great — by the time we stepped out the door, our car was already waiting at the entrance. The only small regret was that the steak was overcooked. Also, it would have been even better if the server had made a decisive judgment instead of taking the guest's polite words too literally.

GREAT running restaurant, manager came up and asked us if we needed anything. we sat in the happy hour area, great value for the money. Everything was tasty and well priced, and we signed up for the frequent diner program. I will go back for sure!
This is the 4th time I've been here and unfortunately it was the worst experience leaning me perplexed of if I should return again. Server seemed rushed and only checked on us a couple of times. My husband's meal, the sea bass with lobster risotto was good but my lobster and shrimp carbonara was bland, flavorless. The glass of wine selection was minimal but the worst part was the table next to us of 6 men were drunk and loud. One table near us moved because if it and another table kept glaring at them. We decided to tell our server who told the manager but no one addressed the situation and no one came to us to apologize. Very disappointing meal
Chart house is always great from the moment you leave your car with the valet service to the welcome at the front desk. Food is always great, and the service was fantastic. Chart house does have a great menu for early dining
It was very hot in the whole restaurant. From the time we walked in till we left. This restaurant has had a portable air unit in there the last few months. It's not working. It's too hot to eat and enjoy the meal. Will not return till the air is fixed. I am a regular customer and this is disappointing.
Overall, I felt the restaurant was very good and would love to come back and visit them again. The only negative I have and I think it's a significant one is that there was a musty odor in the restaurant that was pervasive probably related to some water damage to the carpets and made me concern somewhat about mold. This is definitely not up to the standard that I would expect from the chart house.
