We stopped by Chef's Table for an impromptu Friday night dinner, fully expecting to sit in the bar area as we arrived at peak dinner time with no reservation. Instead we were seated at the chef's counter and had a great time watching the kitchen work hard to prepare plate after plate of tasty looking food. Our server and sommelier Marc provided excellent service, despite being extremely busy and all the other staff were also attentive and friendly. We had the appetizer special of a delicious burrata and warm tomato salad then the scallops with risotto and a new york strip with asparagus for our entrees. Knowing we were planning on splitting our food, Marc arranged for us to get a beautiful sharing board. A huge shout out to chefs Brian and Phoenix for such a treat! Everything was cooked extremely well and seasoned perfectly. We hadn't been to Chef's Tabl for a while but we will certainly be adding them into our rotation after this fantastic meal.

You’re not in Manhattan!! Too expensive for the quality. Save yourself time and money and go to the Chart House. Why has the restaurant not responded to any of these negative reviews?

A Top shelf Steakhouse must offer a Top shelf experience. Unannounced Credit Card surcharge and cold after dinner coffees miss the mark. Simply can't happen with Top shelf prices. Regrets, but should be easily corrected.

First time at The Chefs table Wednesday nigh, went with a group of friends. The ambiance was beautiful, smells were heavenly and everyone that greeted us was happy and friendly. I ordered a glass of Pinot noir, it was freshly opened and really nice for a by the glass wine. We started with perfectly prepared warm Italian rolls, served with trays of lavender butter, pesto and roasted garlic, best way to start a meal. I had a Caesar salad, can't go wrong, then had the special, a snapper beautifully seasoned and seared with delish lobster risotto, large yummy chunks of lobster tail, absolutely delicious! I ended my meal with tiramisu, it was so good! Being Italian I not only appreciate great food but this was so much more! The owners wife a beautiful young woman came over at the end to check on everyone and make sure everyone's palette was completely satisfied, she was so genuine and truly cared! You can't ask for much more than this! Chefs table was excellent!

Chefs Table provided a great dining experience. We started off with a specialty drink at the bar, followed by dinner. The ribeye, scallops, and steak tartare were a few of our favorite items, complemented by a well-paired red wine and champagne. The homemade cannolis for dessert were perfection. We even stopped at the bar on the way out for a dessert drink due to the atmosphere being so enchanting. The frequent check-ins from both the chef and manager showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. Coming from someone who frequents and builds world class restaurants all over the country, “You couldn’t top that experience in Brevard County. Everything was great!”

We called ahead tonight at 8:34 asking for 9:15 reservation. After driving 30 minutes to get there (arriving 10 minutes early) we were denied service saying the kitchen had closed, even though the front door had them advertised open until 10:00 pm and the Google hours had them open until 11:00. Completely unacceptable experience and I will encourage those I know to avoid this restaurant.

We have been to Chef's table a handful of times and it has always been perfect. Our go-to for anniversary or special dinners. Their food and service come second to none. Life is short.Go to Chef's Table.

Very disappointed. Will not be back. We use to love Chefs Table but last night and the visit before last night were awful. The prices have gotten ridiculously outrageous. Fifteen dollars for a small salad, $50 for a steak that came with FIVE geeen beans, absolutely NO greeting or acknowledgment by the manager, and to add insult to injury, 7.5% charge for using a credit card. Save your money. I left feeling ripped off

We have been to chef's table several times but thus time the food was awful. If I am spending $400.00 for a meal it won't be here from now on. The Chilean sea bass was bad and aged beef was much smaller than in the passed. This is suposed to be fine dining. Why do you allow shorts and ball caps into the restaurant. Extremely disappointed with our experience November 4th 2023. We won't be back.

The spinach salad, filet with lobster mac & cheese was perfection. This is the premier dining experience on the Space Coast.

Par for the course here in Viera: expensive and arrogant take on fine dining that couldn’t deliver even if Gordon Ramsey bet his career on this place. Our party was seated on time but probably took about 45 minutes to get a drink order and twice as long for food. The server even admired our patience which was, well, pretty insulting. The food is typical Viera fare: overpriced and underwhelming. I’d suggest taking a third of the amount you plan on spending here on steaks and heading to Publix instead, buying the manager’s special, and getting Jimbo next door to do his worst. But for Chefs Table, it’d be their best. Will I admit that I have an axe to grind with Viera restaurants? Oh absolutely. But Chefs Table personifies said axe: it’s a kitschy wannabe steakhouse jammed in the middle of the dining room of a mediocre family Italian restaurant, neither of which appear to strive beyond serving food that’s still half-frozen from the Sysco truck. In closing, I’ll just say that I ordered the steak tartare for an appetizer and it looked like someone grabbed a half pound of top round from Walmart, threw it in the blender on pulse for a few seconds and figured a bowl was the optimal feed delivery ware. You wouldn’t believe it if I told you but I sure enough took the remains home and fed it to the dog. He sure seemed to enjoy it so bless Chefs Table’s heart for finding its niche, I guess.
