I love this particular location. Very efficient. Lovely staff. Unfortunately, I witnessed a very rude person treating staff very badly at my last visit, but the staff handled it kindly and professionally. No one has the right to treat young fast food workers the way this woman did under any circumstances, and she should be ashamed of herself! Keep up the good work, friends! I support you!

Chuck-fik-a has solved the fast food equation. Super service and great food. This location has gone above and beyond with extra outdoor people taking orders and handing out orders. No More waiting in kine behind that one car the had 12 special items. Now they hand your bag to you and you zip around.

I’ve had good experience with Chick-fil-A over many years however I was very disappointed with my latest visit from the time I ordered the food to the time being pulled forward to wait for that food and then the food arriving not as I had ordered. I don’t know who owns this location, but they need to tighten up because if this continues to happen,, I do not want to support the new McDonald’s Chick-fil-A is slipping

Expect to wait over 30 minutes after your order time to finally get your takeout. The store only starts making your order when you walk in the door. Ridiculous. Horrid customer service. The food isn't worth getting in a takeout.

I am not sure why they have the app to place an order online. I placed an order - it told me to notify them when I arrive - I did and it told me to go through the drive thru - why place it online?? Then the fries weren't cooked all the way. I have never had undercooked french fries - not good on the stomach.

Ordered just a frosted lemonade and waited at the front of the line for 20 minutes bc they were more focused on all the cars behind getting their food. About 10 cars behind us with food left before we did. And I only ordered a frosted lemonade
