I ordered a number one chicken sandwich meal that comes with a sandwich. The fries and a Coke repeated it twice with a large mac & cheese on the side. The girl did not put the fries in the bag. I went back in. She wanted to charge me more. I said I don’t think so instead of just putting fries in there as a courtesy and saying sorry so I went outside. I got all my food. My soda brought it back and made her give me my money back asked to speak to the manager she goes and she says she was one of the managers. I said well you gotta have a boss. Her boss comes over after she explains the story to protect the little girl And says was policy really you’re gonna get a bad review and have somebody not come back because you’re your cashier was too busy bullshitting with her friends and worrying about the customers order the younger they are the dumber they are so beware of the Chick-fil-A on Wickham Road. They’re horrible And I will be going to the owner to Chick-fil-A are privately, but this one is pathetic. The bathrooms were so disgusting. It wasn’t even funny. I wouldn’t eat there.

Went into the drive-through there is a person out taking orders who asks me what I want but they have no menu so there is no way to know what their menu options are. In and Out does the same thing but the people have menus to order from which seems obvious but clearly not. I'm not getting your app I've eaten at fast food like 3 times this year and I definitely don't have your menu memorized. Employee was rude and unhelpful. Obviously some gen z iPhone dud because she told me to check on Safari lol

Usually Chick-fil-a’s are good with getting orders correct. This one? Nope, three times in a row they have gotten mine wrong.
