Wow, I was so disappointed this evening. I’ve been to this location countless times, and my food has always been fresh and delicious. I happened to be in Melbourne today and decided to stop in for dinner, fully expecting the same quality I’m used to. Their chicken wings are usually the star of the show.
I came in around 4 o’clock—maybe a little after—and honestly, I guess I was too early for fresh food. The wings tasted like they’d been cooked hours ago and left sitting. They were chewy, dry, and just… old. The bones were dark, which generally means they have been refried. Nothing like the fresh, juicy wings I’ve always gotten here. It was such a letdown.

I asked for not spicy 5 times, they made it spicy. Waste of $30, never will eat here again, thank you for wasting my time and money and made sure I starved last night! I also tried to pay with a debit card and their card reader wouldn’t accept it, they made my food spicy on purpose, I TOLD THEM FIVE TIMES and they lied when they said thats what I would be getting. Beyond upset because I dont have $30 to waste, im a single dad and my children wouldnt eat spicy. I TRIED, just know you stole from my children’s mouth!!

After a long time, we decided to give it another try. The food is okay, and the portions are huge — like “did we order for the whole table?” huge. But when your credit card suddenly shows double the amount, the food somehow doesn’t taste the same anymore.
Nothing kills your appetite faster than surprise math. Not my kind of dining experience. 😅

The food is great. The customer service is second to none. The staff and the owner are always willing to go above and beyond to take care of the customers. Time and time they show why they are the best Chinese restaurant in town…hands down
