Was concerned about the poor reviews on this location prior to arrival, although the kid wanted to try a new restaurant. The poor ratings of this location are accurate. Employees seemed irritated and rushed us through the line; there were no customers waiting. Food counter was not sanitary. Portions were disappointingly small. The restaurant was empty and zero clean tables were available to sit. Trash was full and overflowing. Guacamole was black. Chicken was not fresh and filled with burnt and fatty pieces. Will not be back.

Manager was also dipping thermometer in all the different food items without cleaning it off.
Update: Not sure what is going on at this location as it was always great. We go weekly but over the last 4 weeks they twice forgot our large guac, forgot to put beans and rice in a meal, and to top it off today my barbacoa was what looked like a 4 inch square piece of back fat, not exaggerating. Husband is now driving all the way back to Viera for them to make a decent bowl. At this point we will be contacting the district manager. It’s not cheap to eat out and we should be getting what we paid for.
Fast and they dont skimp on anything. You get fresh food and your money's worth. Perfect keto meal...at least fast food keto. We always sit outside since the air is always cranked to the max.

Kudos to CHIPOTLE TODAY ! Excellent food and service! The manager I think his name Elias was polite and he managed the younger kids so well! They were so busy , but kept the line moving !

The absolute worst location I’ve ever visited!! I was stupid enough to go there 3 times recently and they NEVERRRR HAVE ANYTHING!! They are always OUT OF EVERYTHING!! It’s so sad they need new management or something it’s crazy to me how I’ve wasted gas and time on 3 separate occasions just to walk out!! This location needs new direction!!
First of all the moment I pulled into a parking spot you could see the handwritten sign on the door saying they were out of guacamole, medium salsa, white rice and chips. How in the world do you run out of chips at chipotle. I walked in and I was the only customer in there. The girl met me at the counter and never asked me if I wanted a bowl or burrito. I asked her if they have any rice and she said um yeah, brown. So I got brown rice, had to get black beans as there was nothing but dried remains of what used to be pinto beans. Fajita veggies, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. When I paid they were not friendly, the guy was actually messing with a trash can as he cashed me out, ew gross! Didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t ask if I wanted anything to drink. The lady that I believe was working the Togo station was very sweet and put my dinner in a bag with handles. I got home and sat down to eat only to find uncooked rice, cold veggies and beans I have never had such a bad experience and awful food as tonight. I work in a restaurant so I get that you sometimes sell out of things. But at 1025 that was a lot to be out of. And to have no manners is unacceptable. I’ll be honest I don’t even know if I’ll be back to that location. Come on chipotle do better.

Terrible portions. The worst chipotle location that I have ever been to. The food tasted very sour. The guac which was on the side, turned black already by the time I got time (it is only a 10 mins drive to home btw) and had so much water in it. Please go to a different location. It is unfortunate that it was online pick up order. Had I noticed this at the store, I would have said something to the staff.
