This chipotle never listens to the online order instructions of extra toppings ever. Never have a fork in my bag for a bowl either when I mark it in the app. Never feel welcomed coming in. Staff will just stare at you without a thought behind their eyes. No sense of work ethic.

Some people give you half a spoonful. I’m tired of going into the restaurant and not even getting a full portion of meat. I don’t get anything else. I just get honey chipotle chicken, vegetables, and guacamole. (Which obviously is extra and I pay for) There wasn’t even half a spoonful of chicken and I asked for more and they said do you want double? No, I just want a regular portion. Well that is a regular portion. No it’s not because I am here a lot but now I’m not gonna eat here anymore, ridiculous.

I just had the worst chipotle bowl I think I’ve ever had. Portions were way too small and the rice and meat were both cold. I only come here every once in a while and each time I’m reminded why I shouldn’t come back. The service is always terrible and you always get an attitude by at least one of the employees. Most of the time there’s 1 employee working the whole line (while others are just standing around not helping while there’s a line forming almost to the door) and it’s frustrating for the others waiting as well. They’re almost always out of something which I get it I used to work in fast food but at some point it just comes across as lazy especially at night. I’m not one to write reviews but this location has ruined chipotle for me.

Small establishment similar to a setup of a subway. You walk up and tell them what you want, and they put topping in according to what you want. Queso and quacamole cost extra, which is kinda awkward. Small seating area inside and outside. Lady gave an awkward looked when an extra scoop of beans was requested after asking 3 times. Got a bowl. Was good

I typically get a cup of water with my bowl. Establishment ran out of small cups (cool) logical thing to do would be give me next size up but instead the server informed me with an attitude that isn't possible and just stood there with a blank “ok get lost” look. I had to ask if I can purchase a bottled water which I did. I Went outside and ate my bowl which was dry and tasteless. This location really lives up to its 3 star rating. I'm glad my local chipotle isn't this poorly ran!
It's usually hit or miss at Chipolte Viera... but whoever made my burrito tonight deserves a raise. Portions are balanced and it's wrapped nice and tight. 👌

I rarely go out of my way to post negative reviews, but there is an issue every single time I come to this location. And when you bring the mistake(s) to the staff’s attention (in order to be corrected), they talk down to the customer as if you’re wrong and it’s your fault. Unprofessional.
