I honestly don’t know how Chipotle stays open and in business. Last night we went to get food 2 hours before they closed at this location. They had no cheese, no guac and low on white rice. With 2 hours of service left. This same location we have been to and they were out of chicken 3 hours before closing in another instance. Manger could care less that they were out. Further we got attitude when commented on them being out of items.

This is a very nasty place. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. Walked in and was ignored by all employees. Restaurant was dirty, food looked dry like it was there for a long time not fresh.Then I saw an employee eating meat from the cutting board, where they cut their chicken. I just walked out… horrible place. Stay out…

Still have had recent experiences where this location is out of key components (picó / cheese / steak etc.) during peak hours. I don't know if people are just absolute animals and refuse to pick up afterthemselves, or if the staff just can't keep up with the mess that's made in the dining room(probably a little of both), but cleanliness is at least trending in the right direction and the service is significantly better than what it was a year ago.

AWFUL! Rude staff, skimpy portions, lack of flavor. Whoever was training that poor young man at the register on 11/30 around 6pm needs to consider another job. She was so rude to him and had no patience. He was the only friendly staff member we encountered.
I also scanned for my free guac and had enough points for a free entree so I scanned that too and she rudely said I could only use one. So I did the guac since it was the last day but it still took my free entree points and we paid full price. If you’re so miserable you can’t even handle working at a chipotle I suggest finding a job where you don’t interact with people

The worst Chipolte I have been too.
The employees are rude, walk away from you, sit and talk and do everything but work. When you ask if you can order after standing there patiently waiting for ten minutes they get upset. The inside is a mess, dirty, and always trash all over.
Anything about this place is horrible. They can’t even get your order right when you are standing in front of them telling them what you want.

Honestly kind of hit or miss with this location. Had a few good experiences last year but this one had many faults.
-My stomach didnt feel very good after eating.
-highly overseasoned rice. Something was too salty and I had to take a sip of water every three bites.
-meat is mediocre. I had the carne asada however the texture felt somewhat crumbly
-workers clearly inexperienced. Looked like they didnt want to work there and they didnt know what they were doing(unable to come up with an answer about whether we could combine coupons or not).

I have Celiac disease and am hesitant to go out to eat as the smallest amount of gluten in my food can make me sick. I let the kind lady working behind the counter know about my dietary restriction, and she immediately wiped the surfaces of the counter, changed her gloves, and changed all the spoons that touched the food. I was so impressed that she went above and beyond to make sure my food was safely handled. Many thanks to the staff at Viera Chipotle for making this a positive experience!

No queso or guacamole available and she had to scrape the bowl to get me a portion of sour cream. It was 7.30pm and it says on the door open til 11pm-how do you run out of food items then on a Saturday evening!!!!!
Stood around for a number of minutes waiting for my order to be completed while 3 employees chatted.
Food ok. But disappointing visit.

Used to love Chipolte. It was just meh...maybe it's me, but judging by the lack of customers at lunchtime, maybe not. I haven't crossed them off...they deserve another try.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to after the terrible experience I had at this location. I’m a regular Chipotle customer and usually know what to expect, but this location completely missed the mark. The customer service was disappointing, when I brought up the noticeably smaller portion I received, there was no attempt to resolve it. The manager even seemed irritated that I mentioned my dissatisfaction.

I had placed a pickup order already knowing that this location tends to skimp on portions, but this burrito was ridiculously small, even though I used a double meat coupon. It honestly felt like a slap in the face compared to what I get at other Chipotle locations.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers shouldn’t have to settle for poor service and inconsistent portions.
