If I could give it a zero I would the service is always terrible and after Covid got even worse it’s always dirty never a clean table and they got a girl that works there now that is absolutely the most rude nasty person that I’ve ever seen work there before not quite sure how she’s still there I don’t understand why no one does anything about this why do they keep hiring people that don’t wanna work and are rude as hell I’m so angry right now I go there on my lunch break and it’s just terrible. Of course I really do like the food and all is still well with the food , but just a nasty nasty environment and the people make it miserable there !To be honest, I don’t see that place staying open for too much longer if they can’t change who they hire or get somebody in there that actually cares and is happy to be working

The food is improving. At the same time service is not. While sitting there eating, we saw a few customers being turned down. Also if we are eating there, why do we need to order online to be able to get it. It does sound fishy that you can order online, some thing like quesadilla, but not order in store.

How does a corporate chain run out of meat? Went there last night january 24th 2024 at 9 pm, operation hours were open till 11pm. They had one person behind the glass serving food and 8 employees doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THERE WAS A LINE OUT OF THE DOOR. I felt so bad for the young lady serving food, she had glasses on and I could feel her pain. Asked the cash register lady to help her, and she said this is my station I don't serve food. Please fire the general manager, and close the doors if you run out of food. It's a joke that a billion business runs out of food. Shout out to the young lady with glasses putting up with angry customers. Give her a raise and get her some help. FIRE WHO EVER RUNS THIS PLACE.

Typical Chipotle food staff is miserable. They don’t greet, barely acknowledged you, and make for a very unpleasant vibe. Stay away unless you have to.

Purchased a kid's meal today. They charged me $3.45 for extra chicken. They only added 4 pieces which should have been on there anyway. However, the workers are constantly giving extra food to their friends. I see them build mountains, with no extra charge to them. The Viera location will probably be out of business soon.

Disgusting, dirty, and rude employees. You will never see an employee at this location washing their hands. Unfortunately the Viera location has really gone down hill.Will definitely not be going back, as I do not want food poisoning. The owner should really be taking care of these problems!!!

I don’t ever write bad reviews but this was the worst place I’ve ever been too! The service was horrible I stood there for five to ten minutes while they were walking around doing nothing. There was 5 people behind the counter not one of them came up to me. Then when another customer came in behind me she finally came to me and asked what did I want. I explained to the manager that I was going to write a Bad review I was passionately waiting. I explained how upset I was. She said she didn’t care to go write Bad review. She said she didn’t have to serve me either which I didn’t want anything at that point. I walked right out. I was so disappointed. They looked miserable working there. This was my first time ever ordering food from chipotle guess what I will never come back.

Today I took a visit to Chipotle in Viera and the counters were just as nasty as the attitudes of the employees. The crew members that were serving on the line did not seem to enjoy wrapping our wrap and/or packing our bowls. After I mentioned the attitude the cashier blantanly and very rudely Ignored my questions about chips and queso dip pricing by continuing telling me the total of my order. He lost a sale and chipotle has lost a prespective customer after I’d fallen in love with the place from an invite from my grandmother who also had taken a liking to the food at chipotle.

Okay I usually don’t leave negative reviews. But honestly this situation is just ridiculous. My husband orders from here pretty often. A few times a month, since he works right across the street and it’s convenient for him to do a pick up order real quick during his lunch break. He drops probably about $20 each time for just himself for a bowl and drink. Eating out is expensive these days, it adds up. But sometimes he forgets to pack or grab his lunch from home.He did an online order last week and they gave him zero of the toppings he selected. It only had the meat, rice & beans. He told me about it so I contacted their “pepper” support chat on the website and it had said it was refunding our order and providing an “offer” for next time. Which was just a free small drink. He doesn’t even get smalls he usually gets larger drinks but okay whatever at-least the order was being refunded. I checked about a week later just to make sure and no refund so I call and they literally only can offer a free small drink or bogo offer. Which I get is nice getting one free but I mean that means we have to go back and spend MORE MONEY and nothing will be fixed about the incorrect order. I hate being a Karen but I tried calling the store like 3 times to see if they can do anything , even just replacing the bowl would be fine. But you can’t get ahold of anyone, I wasn’t able to get thru to the store at all, just redirected to “pepper” the free small drink order bot.Not very good customer service in my opinion. Like come on chipotle you make so much money you should provide some quality service instead of only caring about quantity.

I hate to leave a bad review but the employees here were so rude and terrible at customer service. Especially the lady at the register, I didn't catch her name but she had orange curly hair. As I walked up she was going through the tip jar and loudly complaining, told her coworker "I can't deal with this s*** . As she cashed me out, she didn't look up at me once and practically threw my change back at me! She then was yelling back and forth with I think her manager..."IT WASNT MY FAULT" about restocking guac or something. So weird

Ordering from here is always hit or miss and its so frustrating. As someone who eats Chipotle quite often, its really irritating that half the time I order from this location, it ends up being inedible. Today, the peppers and onions must have been sitting out and I got the last of them, lucky me... not. They were mush and the taste was awful and completely ruined my bowl.
