edit: coming back a year later they have improved a lot on their upkeep of the place. šthe workers are also pretty helpful even tho they can look very stressed.

I ordered uber eats and I ordered double steak which is already extra and multiple different salsas and it only came with one little spot of one of the salsas. There was the smallest amount of steak in there even though I payed extra for double. Thx Chipotle....

Don't order online and don't bother tipping. They really do give you less when you order online. Don't tip thinking they will give you normal portions. I left a tip online and my friend picked up my order and bought their own food in the store. Their order had almost double the food in the bowl their bag weighed a ton more and they didn't even tip. Mine had about 7 small chunks of chicken.
The entrance to the parking lot is so steep it ripped my car bumper off

horrible customer service. immediately hands bag through drive thru saying ādrink? this is heavy it will spill. what drink?ā in such a passive aggressive tone. i work in the service industry as well and would never treat someone like that. i said thank you after she gave me the drink and she immediately turned around and walked away without a response. it was rude & i will not be returning. not to mention they put the wrong rice in BOTH of the bowls i ordered when i ordered brown rice, and got white rice in both of them. iād rather take the trip to the chipotle in the avenues even though itās much further. spent $40 to be treated like crap. 0/5.

Line was not clean, rice in the beans pan, etc. Never given the total or a receipt when paying. It seems obvious from my experience and the reviews that no one cares about this store.

Horrible customer service. The short night manger has a slick mouth and a nasty attitude. She puts more effort into arguing then into making sure peopleās order are correct. You would think those thick telescope lense looking glasses would help her portion out a bowl.
$16 for a bowl that will be unappetizing and small portioned.
Try Moeās or make bowls at home donāt waste you money and time going here!
