I was the only customer, waited 3min for line employee. I watched him slop my ingredients together like the place was on fire. Also witnessed line cook cross contaminate old serving spoon in a new container. Dumping old product on fresh product is not safe either. The music was so loud i had to yell the order, only to hear ,huh? Had to say " to go" again x2! When told manger, he just walked away. A boy trying to do a man's job. This experience is a eye opener.

The staff gave me 1/3 of the chicken he gave to other buyers. I asked for more but still 1/2 less than other people’s. He did it on purpose. Worst service ever!

Second time going to this location in about a month. The first visit was decent...clean, quiet, good service, good food -- I would give it a 4-stars. Went last night (12 Sep 24) and the music was blaring so loud, it was like being in a dance club and we could barely have a conversation sitting next to each other at the table. The tables in the lobby were dirty as were the chairs. There were 5 or 6 employees working, yet nobody was out wiping down tables/seats or the drink area, we were there about 30 minutes. Not sure which was worse...the blaring music or the lobby tables and chairs, or the staff's negligence or inconsideration for the customers.
Chips were stale. I asked for a new bag of chips because the ones they handed us were stale. The counter/cashier said that they make the chips in the morning...so the others would be stale as well. And they were. Might look at the process of making the chips at various times throughout the day versus a huge batch for the whole day. I have no idea if those chips were made fresh that day, or if there were one or two days old. Typically from my experience at other restaurants that make their own chips, they have never been stale on the same day they were made. My take away is that those chips were from previous batches made, not fresh that day. Quality and service is in decline...please do better.

Stale chips, gristly/fatty meat, cold food. No thanks.
This is the Wickham Road, Melbourne location, however, the issues seem endemic to the company as a whole.

When we went into this store the music was so loud the person taking the order couldn't even hear. You could not even sit and enjoy your meal because the music was loud. After making the order wrong (because the person putting the order together could not hear) they threw it in the garbage and had to remake it.
Sweat dripping off hat into food! Seriously. Went on 8/30/24 at 4pm. Portly dude was sweating through his ball cap. And it was dripping onto the meals he was preparing. I just left. The night before I was there at 9pm and they were out of meat. And the sink in the men’s room wasn’t working. What is going on here? This place is new and it sucks on so many levels.

Showed up at 8:30, which is well before close. They only had barbacoa available. All other meat was out. They were cleaning the place up 2.5 hours before close and couldn’t care less that many people were showing up. Absolute disgrace.
