The girls working tonight acted like we were such an inconvenience to them being there. Don't forget who pays you're bills. The customer. This wasn't the first time we have experienced this. Ice cream was good but service was awful.

When we started eating it, one spoon full pulled up a hair that was deep in the ice cream. Clearly wasn't ours since we didn't make it. Nasty.

Quality ice cream. I got the classic French vanilla with heath mix-ins. The wait is pretty bad every time I go though and the place isn't exactly clean.

The icecream is amazing but the staff is rude. The dirty blonde cashier handed me my icecream overflowing and refused to help.

Great cold stone smell, long line, loud but good music. They were out of bananas and almonds, were advertising banana pudding. And boy did this weigh on the employees conscious time after time, customers of this cold stone would ask for the banana nut pudding and time and time again these are minimum wage workers had to tell them the reality nice people, but boy were they angry, upset, and outraged after the banana nut debacle debacle

Another business affected by labor shortages. They are supposed to be open but have a sign stating they cannot open before 4 PM. Unfortunately, that is not the customer's burden, and it put a stain on my time out with family.

i want to shout out the two girls that were working when my boyfriend and i came by, we were there around 3:30 and they were so so sweet, and had amazing attitudes considering they were busy. they made my day <3 and of course of ice cream was amazing as well!

I just have to let y’all know that the staff here are really great!Madison helped with my order and was excellent! The place was starting to get busy, she was preparing my order and it looked like she was training someone too.Very impressive!The ice cream ? as always, IS (was lol) delicious ?I did want to add that if you are signed up with their rewards program that when you initially sign up, you get a Bogo offer on a create your own, and on your birthday, you get a Bogo offer on a create your own as well ! My fav ice cream shop! My go to is the founders favorite and every time I go into the shop I always see there cakes and cupcakes in the refrigerators that are available to buy. I finally remembered and decided to try it for a birthday party. I bought a “cheesecake named desire” and the Reesie peanut butter cups. So delicious! It was a big hit with kids and adults alike. Highly recommend!
