It’s all I expected in an upscale ice cream shop in an upscale shopping area. Great ice cream (loved the Founders flavor) and the vanilla was classic and delish! Sure it’s a bit pricy, but it’s still awesome! Very nice staff.

Dear Bernard, yes, a simple phone call and an apology is all it takes. You have my family's thanks!
Thank you bernard!
There was no paper towels in the bathroom. It felt like the AC was off. The ice cream was melted by the time I got it. I asked for two scoops and it seemed like one. They were out of waffle cones. And the workers did not seem inviting. It sucks because I barely ever get ice cream any more so this was supposed to be special. And enjoyable. I still wish I had more ice cream. Or a better experience.
Also, we had to sit outside. And the seats were wet from rain an hour or so before.
Ordered online with four chocolate dipped waffle bowls. When we arrived to pick up order they informed us they don’t have any and don’t make them everyday.
They gave us just plain waffle bowls and didn’t refund the price difference.
Also, I was generous and left them a tip.
Never again!
The best service and tasty birthday cakes!!
Customer service was very rude and disrespectful 👎
There was a hair in my ice cream, and the cookie dough is just plain vanilla
Very poor customer service. Only 2 people waiting to buy self serve cups to go and the staff didnt acknowledge anyone. Seemed to be a boomer training new worker on taking payment. We left after 10 minutes of waiting.
Very rude customer service. There was this blonde cashier who argued after putting in a wrong order and then charged $5 extra to fix the order. It has been a long time since i experienced such as a terrible customer service.

Bought 3 ice creams and a Togo at probably 8:56pm. After paying approximately $38, we sat down inside as it was raining outside on a Sunday evening. The minute we sat down one of the females came over and said “sorry guys we close at 9pm.”
I said, “It’s 8:59. We can’t enjoy our order?” And she replied, “I’m sorry we’re closed and pointed to the door.”
You may close at 9pm, you don’t kick people out who literally you just served.
Kids running a franchisees business. Sad this is what you should expect from non-owners.
No replies to any postings which shows the owners don’t care about good or bad relationships.
Terrible, place was dirty, and the ice cream I received was literally just liquid ice cream. It dripped all over my clothes and stained my stuff.
Ice cream is good, staff is friendly but you will not be able to redeem coupons sent by Cold Stone to your email. We came in to use our save $5 on $25. Rewards don’t show up with the phone numbers at this location and they don’t know how to enter them manually. The staff explained it’s an issue at this location and no one knows how to manually enter the coupon codes, not even management. It’s only $5 but what’s the point of earning the coupons if you can’t use them.
This location is run down for the area it’s in. Viera Location
Confused on the hours. Google says they close at 10pm on Sundays and that those hours were confirmed a month ago by the business but tonight it was closed at 9 and a paper was printed out and posted on the glass with hours stating as such. Disappointed as I love the milkshakes here. I had to resort to Culver’s and their milkshakes suck
Typical good Cold Stone ice cream. Never had any issues!
