Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We went for dinner during the work week - no crowds, just lots of senior citizens like us. Good food - except only one choice for soup when the tout new deal, to add soup and salad for $5. We wish they had an alternative choice for soup - a soup of the day.

Really disappointed in how they are watering down the coffe it looks like your drinking tea.and when to ask for a darker coffee they say corporate would not allow it.ask for cinnamon roll for my 5 year old kid you have to buy a big plate because they don't allow again from Corporate to sale a kids portion .Service has gone Down completely.they want to Concentrate in Gross Margin.while sacrificing Service.

Came for some good old comfort food. My turkey and dressing meal was perfect with sweet potatoes and green beans. Our server, Nick, was fantastic and took care of our every need. Thanks, Nick for a great experience! We’ll be back soon.

I double we will be coming back. We could not believe the price increase in the breakfast menu when we came. The portions were much smaller too. With the amount of competition there are way better prices. We paid almost $8.00 alone in milks for the kids for their breakfasts that most places include in their meals. It's just gotten out of hand. We paid $60.00 for a family of 4 for breakfast.

I called after placing the order online yesterday. For weeks I have not been able to add condiments to an online order. It's on the app but it shows 0 condiments are available. I usually order fish, I like tarter sauce with my fish.. They were suppose to add that to the order yesterday. We didn't receive tarter sauce and blackberry jelly yesterday. A couple of weeks ago I sent a complaint in. I explained this was for an online order. They send me by email a $6 gift certificate towards a dessert but has to be used inside Cracker Barrel. I thought I reported a problem with an online order so now you want me to come inside. I've explained that your app and website have the issues. I gave 3 stars on the food fish no tarter sauce=less than perfect. Service 2 stars because I was told they would have it added to the order. Atmosphere no one went inside it was a curbside order.

We stopped in after church this morning and had great service and breakfast here. Our server name was Melanie a very pleasant and charming young lady. We are so glad the old style charm was maintained at this location. You learn to appreciate the items displayed around the restaurant, it's Americana at it's best. As a retired US Army veteran of twenty five years service. American's need to be proud of this countries heritage.
We need to focus on the positive America has provided the world.
Again wonderful place for a meal any time of the day.
